Description
Claims (7)
- 바이오칩 상의 시료 로딩부에 물질을 포함하는 시료를 제공하는 단계;상기 시료를 시료 로딩부와 연결된 채널 또는 챔버로 유입하는 단계; 및상기 채널 또는 챔버 내에 배열된 탄소나노튜브의 배열 간격에 따라 시료에 포함된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 물질을 선택적으로 분리 또는 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 시료의 분리 또는 여과 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브의 배열 간격은 수㎚ 내지 수백㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 채널 또는 챔버의 크기는 수 nm 내지 수 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유동적으로 연결된 복수 개의 채널 또는 챔버 상에각기 다른 배열간격을 가지는 탄소나노튜브를 배열시키고 순차적으로 원하는 이동방향의 채널은 개방하고 나머지 채널들은 폐쇄하여 시료에 포함된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 물질을 선택적으로 분리 또는 여과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 생물학적 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 생물학적 물질은 세포, 핵산, DNA, 단백질, 펩타이드, 다당류(polysaccharides), 호르몬, 지방, 탄수화물 또는 리셉터인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 있는 시료 로딩부;상기 시료 로딩부와 연결된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 채널 또는 챔버(chamber); 및상기 채널 또는 챔버 내에서 일정 간격으로 배열된 복수의 탄소나노튜브를 포함하며, 상기 탄소나노튜브의 배열 간격에 따라 시료에 포함된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 물질이 선택적으로 분리 또는 여과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩.
