Claims (6)
- 고체산으로 이루어지는 개질촉매, 또는 고체산과의 디메틸에테르 개질촉매, 메탄올 개질촉매 또는 디메틸에테르 및 메탄올 개질촉매와의 혼합물로 이루어지는 개질촉매의 존재하에, 디메틸에테르를 수증기개질하여 수소가 풍부한 생성물기체로 함으로써 디메틸에테르 및/또는 메탄올을 함유하는 원료로부터 수소풍부 기체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 흡열 수증기개질 반응을 위해 필요한 열은 수증기개질반응과의 열전도 관계로 수증기개질된 원료공정에 함유된 수소의 일부를 산소함유 분위기로 산화시키는 것을 통해 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 개질촉매는 고체산으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 개질촉매는 고체산과 한가지 이상의 귀금속이 내포된 실리카 및 쉘로 코팅된 메탄올 개질촉매의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산소함유 분위기는 공기, 산소고갈 또는 풍부화된 공기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 생성물 기체는 암모니아합성 공정을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 공정의 유출물 흐름으로부터 회수된 이산화탄소는 요소의제조방법에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
