Claims (4)
- 압축기(13)와, 열원측 열교환기(12)와, 감압수단(15)과, 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 1차측(2a)이 1차측 배관(11)에 의해 접속되어 1차측 냉매가 충전되어 구성된 1차측 냉매회로(10)와,상기 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)과 이용측 열교환기(22)가 2차측 배관(21)에 의해 접속되어 상기 1차측 냉매와 동일한 종류의 2차측 냉매가 충전되어 구성되어 있는 2차측 냉매회로(20)와,이 2차측 냉매회로(20)의 냉매를 순환시키기 위한 냉매 반송수단(M)을 구비하고,상기 1차측 배관(11)은 허용압력이 상기 2차측 배관(21)의 허용압력보다 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 압축기(13)와, 열원측 열교환기(12)와, 감압수단(15)과, 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 1차측(2a)이 1차측 배관(11)에 의해 접속되어 1차측 냉매가 충전되어 구성된 1차측 냉매회로(10)와,상기 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)에 접속되어, 이 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)과 이용측 열교환기(22)를 2차측 배관(21)에 의해 접속하면서 상기 1차측 냉매와 동일한 종류의 2차측 냉매를 충전하여 구성되는 2차측 냉매회로(20)의 2차측 배관(21)의 일부를 포함하여 이 2차측 냉매회로(20)를 구성하기 위한 접속수단(7)과,상기 2차측 냉매회로(20)의 냉매를 순환시키기 위한 냉매 반송수단(M)을 구비하고,상기 1차측 배관(11)은 허용압력이 상기 2차측 배관(21)의 허용압력보다 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 압축기(33)와, 열원측 열교환기(31)와, 감압수단(35)과, 이용측 열교환기(22)를 냉매배관(21a, 21b)으로 접속하여 구성되는 이미 설치된 냉매회로에 대하여, 이 냉매회로에 충전되어 있는 기존의 냉매를 배출하는 공정과,상기 이미 설치된 냉매회로로부터 압축기(33)와 열원측 열교환기(31)를 제거하는 공정과,이어서, 압축기(13)와, 열원측 열교환기(12)와, 감압수단(35)과, 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 1차측(2a)을 1차측 배관(11)으로 접속하는 동시에, 1차측 냉매를 충전하여 미리 작성된 1차측 냉매회로(10)에서의 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)을 이미 설치된 냉매회로의 잔존부(20A)에 접속하고, 상기 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)과 이용측 유니트(B)와 상기 1차측 배관(11)보다 허용압력이 작은 2차측 배관(21)에 의해 2차측 냉매회로(20)를 구성하는 공정과,그 후, 상기 2차측 냉매회로(20)에 상기 1차측 냉매와 동일한 종류의 2차측 냉매를 충전하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치의 제조방법.
- 열원측 유니트(D)와 이용측 유니트(B)를 냉매배관(21b)으로 접속하여 구성되는 이미 설치된 냉매회로에 대하여 이 냉매회로에 충전되어 있는 기존의 냉매를 배출하는 공정과,상기 열원측 유니트(D)와 이용측 유니트(B) 사이의 이미 설치된 냉매배관(21b)을 남겨서 냉매회로로부터 열원측 유니트(D)와 이용측 유니트(B)를 제거하는 공정과,이어서, 압축기(13)와, 열원측 열교환기(12)와, 감압수단(35)과, 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 1차측(2a)을 1차측 배관(11)으로 접속하는 동시에, 1차측 냉매를 충전하여 미리 작성된 1차측 냉매회로(10)에서의 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)을 이미 설치된 냉매배관의 잔존부(21b)의 일단에 접속하는 동시에, 이 냉매배관의 잔존부(21b)의 타단에 새로운 이용측 유니트(B)를 접속하고, 상기 냉매-냉매 열교환기(2)의 2차측(2b)과 새로운 이용측 유니트(B)와 상기 1차측 배관(11)보다 허용 압력이 작은 2차측 배관(21)에 의해 2차측 냉매회로(20)를 구성하는 공정과,그 후 상기 2차측 냉매회로(20)에 상기 1차측 냉매와 동일한 종류의 2차측 냉매를 충전하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치의 제조방법.
