Description
Claims (17)
- 질소-함유 에피할로히드린 기초수지 수용액을 전기투석 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 수용액속의 유기 및 무기 할로겐 함량 감소방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기투석 처리가 양극과 음극 사이에 배치된 전기투석 단위셀을 포함한 전기투석 장치에서 실행되며, 단위셀은 양극 대향면상에서, 음이온 선택막에 의해 경계지어진 구획을 포함하고 질소-함유 에피할로히드린-기초수지 수용액이 상기 구획에 공급되면 할로겐이온이 양극 및 음극 사이의 전위차 형성에 의해서 음이온 선택막을 통해 이동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀(2)은 제1 및 2구획(3,4)과 제1및 2음이온선택막(5,6)을 포함하고 제1음이온 선택막(5)은 음극(C)을 대향하고, 제 1구획(3)은 음극을 대향하며 제1음이온 선택막(5)에 의해 경계지어지고, 제2구획(4)은 제1 및 2 음이온선택막(5,6)에 의해 경계지어지며, 질소-함유 에피할로 히드린-기초 수용액이 제2구획(4)에 공급되고 비할로겐 함유 음이온이 제1구획(3)에 공급되면 할로겐 이온이 제2음이온 선택막(6)을 통해 이동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀(9)이 제3구획(10)과 양극(A)대향 양이온선택막(11)을 포함하고, 할로겐이온이 제2음이온 선택막(6)과 양이온선택막(11)으로 경계지어진 제3구획(10)으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀은 양극 대향 양극성 막과 제3구획을 포함하고, 할로겐이온이 제2음이온 선택막과 양극성 막으로 경계지어진 제3구획으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀이 제1 및 2구획, 음이온 선택막 및 양극성 막을 포함하고, 양극성 막은 음극을 대향하며, 제1구획은 음극을 대향하고 양극성 막으로 경계지어지고, 제2구획은 양극성 막과 음이온 선택막으로 경계지어지고, 질소함유 에피할로히드린 기초 수지의 수용액을 제2구획에 공급하고 산이나 염의 수용액은 제1구획에 공급하면 할로겐 이온이 음이온 선택막을 통해 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀(16)이 제3구획(19)과 양극(A)대향 양이온 선택막(22)을 포함하고, 할로겐 이온이 음이온 선택막(21)과 양이온 선택막(22)으로 경계지어진 제3구획(19)속으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀(25)이 제1 및 2구획(26,27), 음이온 선택막(29) 및 제1양이온 선택막(28)을 포함하고, 제1양이온 선택막(28)은 음극(C)을대향하고, 제1구획(26)은 음극을 대향하고 제1양이온 선택막(28)에 의해 경계지어지고, 제2구획(27)은 제1양이온 선택막(28)과 음이온 선택막(29)에 의해 경계지어지고, 질소함유 에피할로히드린-기초수지와 수산화물 이온의 수용액을 제2 구획(27)에 공급하면 할로겐이온은 음이온 선택막(29)을 통해 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 전기투석 단위셀(30)이 제3구획(33)과 양극(A)대향 제2양이온 선택막(36)을 포함하고 할로겐 이온이 음이온 선택막(35)과 제2양이온 선택막(36)에 의해 경계지어진 제3구획(33)속으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 질소-함유 에피할로 히드린-기초수지 수용액이 전기투석 처리전, 도중 또는 이후에 음이온-교환 수지와 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 음이온 교환수지는 강염기성 음이온 교환수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기투석 장치가 두 개이상의 전기투석 단위셀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기투석 처리가 연속으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 질소함유 에피할로히드린 기초수지가 50,000이상의 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 질소함유 에피할로히드린 기초수지가 50,000 내지 1,000,000의 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 질소함유 에피할로히드린 기초수지가 폴리아미노아미드-에피할로히드린 기초수지임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 종이, 판지, 마분지 제조시 첨가제로 사용되는, 제1항에 따라 제조된 유기 및 무기할로겐 함량이 적은 질소-함유 에피할로히드린-기초수지 수용액.
