Claims (13)
- 모터로우터가 설치된 모터축과, 상기 모터로우터에 대향하여 배치된 모터스테이터를 유지하는 모터케이싱과, 나사형상의 수톱니형이 형성된 수로우터와, 나사형상의 암톱니형이 형성된 암로우터와, 이들 수로우터와 암로우터를 수납하는 케이싱을 구비한 오일프리스크류 압축기에 있어서,상기 모터의 회전속도와 상기 수로우터 또는 암로우터의 적어도 어느 하나의 회전속도가 같으며,고주파인버터로 상기 모터를 상기 압축기의 시방회전수까지 상승시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수로우터와 상기 암로우터중 어느 하나에 형성된 회전축과 상기 모터축은 일체의 회전축인 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수로우터 또는 암로우터중 어느 한 축의 한쪽끝측에 제 1 기어를, 상기모터축의 한쪽끝측에 이 제 1 기어와 맞물리는 제 2 기어를 설치하고, 이 제 1 기어와 제 2 기어의 기어의 톱니수비를 실질적으로 1 : 1 로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 수로우터와 암로우터를 구비한 압축기본체와, 이 압축기본체를 회전구동하는 고주파 전동기를 구비한 오일프리스크류 압축기에 있어서,상기 고주파 전동기의 회전속도와 상기 수로우터 또는 암로우터의 적어도 어느 하나의 회전 속도를 동일하게 하고,상기 고주파 전동기를 상기 압축기의 시방회전수까지 상승시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 수로우터 또는 암로우터의 어느 한 축의 한쪽끝측에 제 1 기어를, 상기고주파 전동기의 한쪽끝측에 이 제 1 의 기어에 맞물리는 제 2 기어를 설치하고, 이 제 1 기어와 제 2 기어의 기어의 톱니수비를 1 : 1 로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 수로우터 및 암로우터를 회전지지하는 롤러베어링을 각 로우터에 설치하고, 이 롤러베어링과 같은 크기의 롤러베어링을 상기 고주파전동기에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 수로우터 및 암로우터를 지지하는 롤러베어링에 급유하는 윤활유를 시일하는 나사시일을 상기 각 로우터에 설치함과 동시에, 상기 고주파전동기에 설치한 롤러베어링에 급유하는 윤활유를 시일하는 나사시일을 설치하여 이들 각 나사시일의 크기를 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 케이싱에 수납되어 서로 맞물리는 수로우터 및 암로우터와, 이들 수로우터 및 암로우터를 지지하는 제 1, 제 2 베어링과, 상기 케이싱과 수로우터와 암로우터에 의하여 형성되는 압축실에 대한 오일의 침입을 방지하는 축밀봉장치를 가지는 압축기본체를 구비한 오일프리스크류 압축기에 있어서,고주파 인버터로 구동되는 고속모터를 상기 압축기본체의 흡입측에 접속하고, 상기 고속모터는 모터로우터가 형성된 모터축과; 이 모터축을 회전지지하는 제 3 베어링과; 이 제 3 베어링을 윤활하는 윤활유의 고속모터 내부에 대한 침입을 방지하는 제 2 축밀봉장치를 가지며,상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 베어링을 서로 동일한 것으로 하며, 상기 제 1 축밀봉장치와 상기 제 2 축밀봉장치를 동일한 것으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 압축기본체가 구비하는 수로우터의 축단에 제 1 기어를, 상기 고속모터의 부하측 축단에 이 제 1 기어와 맞물리는 제 2 기어를 끼워 맞추고 이 제 1 기어와 제 2 기어의 톱니수비가 2 : 1 내지 1 : 2의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 압축기본체가 구비하는 수로우터의 축단을 상기 고속모터의 부하측의축단에 커플링 또는 스플라인으로 직결한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 수로우터를 지지하여 이 로우터의 양쪽 끝부에 위치하는 베어링과, 이 베어링의 한쪽과 상기 수로우터의 톱니 홈부와의 사이에 위치하여 수로우터에 끼워 맞춘 모터로우터와, 이 모터로우터에 대향한 모터스테이터와, 이 모터스테이터를 유지하는 모터케이싱을 설치하고, 이 모터케이싱을 상기 케이싱의 흡입측과 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 압축기본체와 상기 고속모터를 일체화하여 상기 압축기본체로 압축된 압축공기를 냉각하는 애프터쿨러와, 프리쿨러와, 윤활유를 냉각하는 오일쿨러를 수납하는 공통가대를 설치하고, 이 공통가대의 위쪽에 일체화된 상기 압축기본체와 상기 고속모터를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 압축기본체의 하류측에 이 압축기본체로 압축된 작동공기를 냉각하는 공기 냉각기를, 이 공기 냉각기의 더욱 하류에 체크밸브를, 이 체크밸브의 상류측에서 분기되어 폐기쿨러와 폐기밸브를 가지는 폐기관로를 각각 설치하고, 또한 상기 압축기본체의 기동시 및 무부하 운전시에는 폐기밸브를 폐쇄하고, 부하운전시에는 폐기밸브를 개방으로 하는 폐기밸브의 제어장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일프리스크류 압축기.
