Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식(3)으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트(C)와,(단, 식중 R3은 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R1O는 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종이상인 혼합물을 나타내며, 2종이상의 경우에는 블록상으로 부가해도 랜덤상으로 부가해도 좋고, R2는 탄소수1∼22의 알킬기 페닐기 알킬페닐기를 나타내며, n은 옥시 알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수이고 1∼300의 수를 나타낸다.)하기 화학식(2)으로 표시되는 (메타)아크릴산계단량체(B)(단, 식중 R3는 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다.)를 공중합하여 폴리카르복시산을 얻는 제조방법에 있어서,하기 화학식(1)으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌글리콜(A)의 a중량부와 상기한 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(B)의 b중량부를,HO(R1O)nR2화학식(1)(단 식중 R1O는 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종이상인 혼합물을 나타내고, 2종이상의 경우에는 블록상으로 부가해도 랜덤상으로 부가해도 좋으며, R2는 탄소수1∼22의 알킬기, 페닐기, 알킬페닐기를 나타내고, n은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수이고 1∼300의 수를 나타낸다.)각각 하기의 수식(1)의 범위내로 반응기에 담고 에스테르화 하는 것에 의해서 얻어진 폴리알킬렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트(C)를 사용하여 제조된 폴리카르복시산을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트혼화제.{(a/n1/2)/b}×100≤200 수식(1)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리카르복시산이 그 주사슬이 상기한 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(B) 또는 그 염에 유래하는 구조단위를 가지는 폴리머이고, 그 곁사슬이 상기한 폴리알킬렌글리콜(A)에서 유래하는 구조부분이며, 상기한 주사슬과 곁사슬이 에스테르 결합 또는 에테르 결합을 하고 있는 폴리카르복시산인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트혼화제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리알킬렌글리콜(A)의 a중량부와, 상기한 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(B)의 b중량부와, 상기한 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수n이 하기의 수식(2)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트혼화제.40≤{(a/n1/2)/b}×100≤200 수식(2)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 공중합을 행하는 반응계에 공중합가능한 단량체를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트혼화제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 공중합을 행하는 반응계에 포함되어 있는 불순물로서, 하기 화학식(4)으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌글리콜디(메타)아크릴레이트(E)가 상기한 폴리알킬렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트(C)에 대해서 0중량% 내지 5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트혼화제.(단 식중 R4,R6는 각각 독립으로 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R5O는 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종이상인 혼합물을 나타내며, 2종이상의 경우에는 블록상으로 부가해도 랜덤상으로 부가해도 좋고, r는 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수이고 1∼300의 수를 나타낸다.)
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리알킬렌글리콜디(메타)아크릴레이트(E)가 상기한폴리알킬렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트(C)에 대해서 1중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트혼화제.
- 시멘트, 청구항 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 시멘트혼화제 및 물을 필수성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트조성물.
- 하기 화학식(1)으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌글리콜(A)의 a중량부와,HO(R1O)nR2화학식(1)(단 식중 R1O는 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종이상인 혼합물을 나타내며, 2종이상의 경우에는 블록상으로 부가해도 랜덤상으로 부가해도 좋고, R2는 탄소수1∼22의 알킬기, 페닐기, 알킬페닐기를 나타내며, n은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수이고 1∼300의 수를 나타낸다.)하기 화학식(2)으로 표시되는 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(B)의 b중량부를,(단 식중 R3는 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다.)각각 하기 수식(1)의 범위내로 반응기에 담고 에스테르화해서,{(a/n1/2)/b}×100≤200 수식(1)하기 화학식(3)으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트(C)를 얻는 에스테르화공정과,(단 식중 R3은 수소 또는 메틸기 를 나타내고, R1O는 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종이상인 혼합물을 나타내며, 2종이상의 경우에는 블록상으로 부가해도 랜덤상으로 부가해도 좋고, R2는 탄소수1~22의 알킬기, 페닐기, 알킬 페닐기를 나타내며, n은 옥시 알킬렌기의 평균부가몰수이고 1∼300의 수를 나타낸다.)상기한 폴리알킬렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트(C)와 상기한 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(B)를 공중합시키는 공중합공정을 포함하는 폴리카르복시산 제조방법에 있어서,상기한 폴리알킬렌글리콜(A)로서 과산화물가가 0.7meq/kg이하인 폴리알킬렌글리콜을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르복시산의 제조방법.
