Claims (15)
- (a) 집전체에 캐소드 활물질 슬러리 또는 애노드 활물질 슬러리를 직접 도포하거나 캐스팅하여 캐소드 극판 또는 애노드 극판을 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 캐소드 극판과 애노드 극판 사이에 다공성 멤브레인을 개재하여 전극 조립체를 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 전극 조립체를 전지 케이스에 삽입하는 단계;(d) 상기 전지 케이스에 비수계 유기 전해액, 가교제 및 중합개시제를 포함하는 전해질 형성용 조성물을 주입하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 단계 (e)의 결과물에 열을 가하거나 광을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔형 리튬 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집전체가 금속 호일, 익스팬디드 메탈 또는 펀치드 메탈인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 멤브레인이 셀룰로오스계 부직포, 올레핀계 수지, 불소계 수지 및 에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단일 또는 2종 이상의 성분을 포함하는 단층 또는 다층 다공성 멤브레인인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수계 유기 전해액이 비수계 유기 용매 및 리튬염을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비수계 유기 용매가 프로필렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 메틸아세테이트,-부티로락톤, 1,3-디옥소란, 디메톡시에탄, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 디메틸설폭사이드 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜디메틸에테르 중에서 1종 이상의 용매의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이 과염소산 리튬 (LiClO4), 사불화붕산 리튬 (LiBF4), 육불화인산리튬 (LiPF6), 삼불화메탄술폰산리튬 (LiCF3SO3) 및 리튬 비스트리플루오로메탄술포닐아미드 (LiN(CF3SO2)2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 디아크릴레이트 또는 트리아크릴레이트; 디메타크릴레이트 또는 트리메타크릴레이트; 디알릴에스테르 또는 트리알릴에스테르; 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트 또는 폴리(에틸렌글리콜)디메타크릴레이트 (PEGDM);디글리시딜에스테르; 아크릴아미드; 또는 디비닐벤젠로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수계 유기 전해액과 가교제의 혼합비가 1:1 내지 40:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비수계 유기 전해액과 가교제의 혼합비가 15:1 내지 40:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 형성용 조성물이 비닐계 모노머 또는 폴리머를 더 포함하며, 그 함량이 전해질 형성용 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 10중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머가 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 아크릴로니트릴-메틸메타크릴레이트-스티렌 삼원공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머가 아크릴로니트릴-메틸메타크릴레이트-스티렌 삼원 공중합체이고 그 함량이 전해질 형성용 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 7중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 비닐계 모노머가 비닐아세테이트, 2-비닐-2,3-디옥솔란, 아크릴로모르포린 및 비닐메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)가 캐소드 극판과 애노드 극판 사이에 다공성 멤브레인을 개재한 다음 권취하여 롤 형태의 전극 조립체를 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 상기 단계 (e)에서 광원이 e-빔 또는-선인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
