Claims (10)
- a) 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한쪽 면에 전해액 친화성 고분자를 코팅하는 단계; b) 상기 a) 단계를 거친 양극과 음극 사이에 다공성 격리막을 위치시키는 단계; 및 c) 상기 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한쪽 면에 코팅된 전해액 친화성 고분자가 액체 전해질에 의해 상온에서 겔화되어 전극과 다공성 격리막을 일체화시키는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 고분자 이차전지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 c)단계의 겔화는 전지 조립후 주입되는 액체 전해질에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계를 실시하기 전에 액체 전해질을 다공성 격리막에 함침시키는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 c) 단계의 겔화는 다공성 격리막에 함침된 액체 전해질에 의해 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액 친화성 고분자는 비닐계, 아크릴계, 알킬렌 옥사이드계, 알킬에스테르계 및 우레탄계로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체로 제조된 중합체, 공중합체 또는 이들의 블렌드로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전해액 친화성 고분자가 아크릴로니트릴계, 비닐아세테이트계, 아크릴레이트계, 염화비닐계, 비닐피롤리돈계, 스티렌계, 비닐에테르계의 단량체를 더 포함하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전해액 친화성 고분자가 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 스티렌의 삼원 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 전해질은 비프로톤성 유기용매로서 부틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디메틸에틸카보네이트 또는 비닐렌 카보네이트와 같은 카보네이트류, 술폴란 또는 메틸술폴란과 같은 술폴란류, 디메톡시에탄과 같은 에테르류, 감마부티로락톤과 같은 락톤류 및 메틸프로피오네이트와 같은 에스테르류로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 전해질은 리튬염으로서 LiClO4, LiAsF6, LiBF4, LiPF6, LiCF3SO3또는 LiN(CF3SO2)2를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 양극 활물질로서 리튬코발트산화물, 리튬니켈산화물, 리튬망간산화물, 황화티타늄 또는 산화바나듐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 음극 활물질로서 리튬금속, 리튬합금, 비정질 탄소 또는 흑연계 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
