Claims (17)
- 캐소드와 애노드, 이 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이타를 포함하는 전극 조립체와,화학식 1의 반복단위와 화학식 2의 반복단위와 화학식 3의 반복단위를 포함하는 터폴리머와 리튬염과 유기용매를 포함하여 된 겔 상태의 전해액과,상기 전극 조립체와 전해액을 내장하고 있는 케이스를 구비하고 있는 리튬 2차전지.<화학식 1><화학식 2><화학식 3>상기식중, n은 1 내지 12의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 반복단위의 함량이 터폴리머 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 0.5몰%이고, 화학식 2의 반복단위의 함량이 터폴리머 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 0.7몰%이고, 화학식 3의 반복단위의 함량이 터폴리머 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 0.8몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머의 중량평균분자량이 10,000 내지 2,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머의 중량과, 리튬염과 유기용매의 총중량의 혼합비율이 1:1 내지 1:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이 과염소산 리튬(LiClO4), 사불화붕산 리튬(LiBF4), 육불화인산 리튬(LiPF6), 삼불화메탄술폰산 리튬(LiCF3SO3) 및 리튬 비스트리플루오로메탄술포닐아미드(LiN(CF3SO2)2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고,상기 유기용매가 프로필렌 카보네이트(PC), 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 디메틸카보네이트(DMC), 메틸에틸 카보네이트(MEC) 및 디에틸카보네이트(DEC) 및 비닐렌 카보네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극 조립체는 권취형이고, 이 전극 조립체를 내장하는 케이스는 파우치 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 캐소드와 애노드, 이 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이타를 포함하는 전극 조립체와,화학식 1의 반복단위와 화학식 2의 반복단위와 화학식 3의 반복단위를 포함하는 터폴리머와 가교제간의 가교 중합 반응 결과물과, 리튬염과 유기용매를 포함하여 된 가교 겔 상태의 전해액과,상기 전극 조립체와 전해액을 내장하고 있는 케이스를 구비하고 있는 리튬 2차전지.<화학식 1><화학식 2><화학식 3>상기식중, n은 1 내지 12의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머와 가교제간의 가교 반응시 촉매가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 아조비스(이소부티로니트릴) 및 디쿠밀퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 N,N-(1,4-페닐렌)비스말레이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이,화학식 1의 반복단위와, 화학식 2의 반복단위와, 화학식 3의 반복단위를 포함하는 터폴리머를 리튬염과 유기용매와 혼합하고, 여기에 촉매와 가교제를 부가하고 이를 전극 조립체가 내장된 케이스에 주입하고 이를 중합하여 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가교 중합 온도가 60 내지 200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 반복단위의 함량이 터폴리머 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 0.5몰%이고, 화학식 2의 반복단위의 함량이 터폴리머 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 0.7몰%이고, 화학식 3의 반복단위의 함량이 터폴리머 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 0.8몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머의 중량평균분자량이 10,000 내지 2,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머의 중량과, 리튬염과 유기용매의 총중량의 혼합비율이 1:1 내지 1:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전극 조립체는 권취형이고, 이 전극 조립체를 내장하는 케이스는 파우치 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
