Claims (12)
- 캐소드와 애노드, 이 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이타를 포함하는 전극 조립체와,(a) 이소시아네이트계 모노머 또는 이의 프리폴리머, (b) 에폭사이드계 모노머, 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 에틸렌옥사이드계 모노머 및 이들의 프리폴리머로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나, (c) 중합개시제 및 (d) 리튬염을 함유하는 유기용매로 이루어진 조성물을 중합시켜 제조되는 고분자 전해질과,상기 전극 조립체와 고분자 전해질을 내장하고 있는 케이스를 구비하고 있는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 중 (a) 이소시아네이트계 모노머 또는 이의 프리폴리머, 및 (b) 에폭사이드계 모노머, 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 에틸렌옥사이드계 모노머 및 이들의 프리폴리머로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 총함량이 고분자 전해질 총중량을 기준으로 5 내지 80중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합개시제가 벤조페논, 과산화벤조일, 과산화아세틸, 과산화라우로일, 디부틸틴디아세테이트 및아조비스이소부티로니트릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 중합개시제의 함량이 고분자 전해질 총 중량에 대하여 0.01 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질이 전극 조립체가 내장된 케이스에 주입한 다음, 열중합하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 열중합 온도가 50 내지 200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이 과염소산 리튬(LiClO4), 사불화붕산 리튬(LiBF4), 육불화인산 리튬(LiPF6), 삼불화메탄술폰산 리튬(LiCF3SO3) 및 리튬 비스트리플루오로메탄술포닐아미드(LiN(CF3SO2)2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염의 함량이 고분자 전해질 총 중량을기준으로 0.001 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 프로필렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 메틸에틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 테트라하이드로 퓨란, 2-메틸테트라하이드로퓨란, 디에톡시에탄, 메틸포르메이트, 에틸포르메이트 및 γ-부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 9항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매의 함량이 고분자 전해질 총 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 90중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 애노드가 리튬 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극 조립체가 권취형이고, 상기 케이스가 파우치 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
