Claims (6)
- 적어도 양극, 하나 이상의 유기 박막 층으로 이루어진 유기 발광 영역 및 음극을 소자로서 포함하는 유기 전기 발광 소자로서, 유기 발광 영역이 양극에 인접하고, 발광 영역에서 양극과 접촉하는 층이 화학식 1의 화합물을 단독으로 또는 혼합물로서 함유하는 유기 전기 발광 소자.화학식 1위의 화학식 1에서,Ar1은 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C5내지 C42아릴렌 그룹이고,Ar2내지 Ar5는 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C20아릴 그룹이고, 이들 중의 하나 이상은 다음 화학식 2의 스티릴페닐 그룹[여기서, 이의 치환체 그룹은 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹, C1내지 C6알콕시 그룹, C6내지 C18아릴 그룹, C7및 C8아르알킬 그룹, C6내지 C18아릴옥시 그룹, 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노 그룹(디아릴아미노 그룹은 제외), 하이드록실 그룹, 시아노 그룹 및 니트로 그룹이다]이다.화학식 2위의 화학식 2에서,R1내지 R11은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노 그룹(디아릴아미노 그룹은 제외), 하이드록실 그룹, 시아노 그룹, 니트로 그룹, C1내지 C6알킬 그룹, C1내지 C6알콕시 그룹, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C18아릴 그룹 및 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C18아릴옥시 그룹이다.
- 적어도 양극, 하나 이상의 유기 박막 층으로 이루어진 유기 발광 영역 및 음극을 소자로서 포함하는 유기 전기 발광 소자로서, 유기 발광 영역이 양극에 인접하고, 발광 영역에서 양극과 접촉하는 층이 화학식 3의 화합물을 단독으로 또는 혼합물로서 함유하는 유기 전기 발광 소자.화학식 3위의 화학식 3에서,Ar6은 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C5내지 C42아릴렌 그룹이고,Ar7내지 Ar10은각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C20아릴 그룹이고, 이들 중의 1 내지 3개는 다음 화학식 4의 디아릴아미노-치환 스티릴페닐 그룹[여기서, 이의 치환체 그룹은 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹, C1내지 C6알콕시 그룹, C6내지 C18아릴 그룹, C7및 C8아르알킬 그룹, C6내지 C18아릴옥시 그룹, 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노 그룹(디아릴아미노 그룹은 제외), 하이드록실 그룹, 시아노 그룹 및 니트로 그룹이다]이다.화학식 4위의 화학식 4에서,R16내지 R20중의 하나 이상은 화학식 -NR23R24의 디아릴아미노 그룹(여기서, R23및 R24는 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C18아릴 그룹이다)이고,-NR23R24를 제외한 R12내지 R22는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노 그룹(디아릴아미노 그룹은 제외), 하이드록실 그룹, 시아노 그룹, 니트로 그룹, C1내지 C6알킬 그룹, C1내지 C6알콕시 그룹, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C18아릴 그룹 및 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6내지 C18아릴옥시 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 발광 영역과 음극 사이에 전자 주입 영역을 포함하는 유기 전기 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기 발광 영역과 음극 사이에 전자 주입 영역을 포함하는 유기 전기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10V 이하의 인가 전압에서의 휘도(輝度)가 100cd/㎡ 이상인 유기 전기 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 10V 이하의 인가 전압에서의 휘도가 100cd/㎡ 이상인 유기 전기 발광 소자.
