Claims (8)
- 제어압력이 변속시에 제어되어 복수의 마찰요소를 선택적으로 체결 및 해제해서 소망의 변속단을 얻도록 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치에 있어서,하나의 변속단으로부터 다른 변속단으로의 변속동작의 이너셔페이즈의 개시점을 검출하는 이너셔페이즈검출수단과;이너셔페이즈를 검출한 후에 체결되는 마찰요소에 공급하는 제어압력을 점차 저하시키는 제어압력점감수단과;변속기의 터빈속도를 검출하는 터빈속도검출수단을 구비하고,상기 이너셔페이즈검출수단은 터빈속도변화가 변속동작의 개시 후에 소정값 아래로 감소될 때 이너셔페이즈를 검출하고, 상기 변속동작은 이 이너셔페이즈에서 마찰요소를 해제상태로부터 체결상태로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어압력은 변속시에 변속기의 토오크변화특성에 영향을 미치는 파라미터에 따라서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서 이 파라미터는 드로틀개방도인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 이 파라미터는 터빈속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
- 변속시에 자동변속기용 유압제어회로의 라인압을 제어하여 라인압이 어큐물레이터에 의해 점차 변화되는 완만한 압력상태를 가지고, 복수의 마찰요소를 라인압에 의해 선택적으로 체결 및 해제하도록 제어해서 소망의 변속단을 얻도록 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치에 있어서,하나의 변속단으로부터 다른 변속단으로의 변속동작의 이너셔페이즈의 개시점을 검출하는 이너셔페이즈검출수단과;이너셔페이즈를 검출한 후에 체결되는 마찰요소에 공급하는 제어압력을 점차 저하시키는 제어압력점감수단과;변속기의 터빈속도를 검출하는 터빈속도검출수단을 구비하고,상기 이너셔페이즈검출수단은 터빈속도변화가 변속동작의 개시 후에 소정값 아래로 감소될 때 이너셔페이즈를 검출하고, 상기 변속동작은 이 이너셔페이즈에서 마찰요소를 해제상태로부터 체결상태로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제어압력은 변속시에 변속기의 토오크변화특성에 영향을 미치는 파라미터에 따라서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시유압제어장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 이 파라미터는 드로틀개방도인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 이 파라미터는 터빈속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속시 유압제어장치.
