Claims (3)
- 하기 화학식 1 내지 12로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 양극 활물질; 및Si, B, Ti, Ga, Ge 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 준금속 첨가제를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질 조성물.[화학식 1]LiBA2[화학식 2]LixBA2[화학식 3]LiBO2-zAz[화학식 4]LixBO2-zAz[화학식 5]LiB1-yMyA2[화학식 6]LixB1-yMyA2[화학식 7]LiNiCoA2[화학식 8]LixNiCoA2[화학식 9]LiNiCoO2-zAz[화학식 10]LixNiCoO2-zAz[화학식 11]LiNi1-y-zCoxMzA2[화학식 12]LixNi1-y-zCoxMyA2(상기 식에서, 1.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.1, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.1, 0.01 ≤ z ≤ 0.5이며, M은 Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Mg, La, Ce, Sr 및 V로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속 또는 란타나이드 금속 중 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이고, A는 O, F, S 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, B는 Ni 또는 Co이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 양은 0.1∼10 중량%인 리튬 이차 전지용양극 활물질 조성물.
- 하기 화학식 1-12로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 양극 활물질 및 Si, B, Ti, Ga, Ge 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 준금속 첨가제를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질 조성물을 포함하는 양극;리튬 이온의 탈삽입이 가능한 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극;상기 양극과 음극 사이에 존재하는 세퍼레이터; 및상기 양극, 음극 및 세퍼레이터에 함침된 비수용액 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.[화학식 1]LiBA2[화학식 2]LixBA2[화학식 3]LiBO2-zAz[화학식 4]LixBO2-zAz[화학식 5]LiB1-yMyA2[화학식 6]LixB1-yMyA2[화학식 7]LiNiCoA2[화학식 8]LixNiCoA2[화학식 9]LiNiCoO2-zAz[화학식 10]LixNiCoO2-zAz[화학식 11]LiNi1-y-zCoxMzA2[화학식 12]LixNi1-y-zCoxMyA2(상기 식에서, 1.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.1, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.1, 0.01 ≤ z ≤ 0.5이며, M은 Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Mg, La, Ce, Sr 및 V로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속 또는 란타나이드 금속 중 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이고, A는 O, F, S 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, B는 Ni 또는 Co이다.)
