- 표면에 금속 산화물층이 형성된 하기 화학식 1-12로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.[화학식 1]LiMn1-xM'xA2[화학식 2]LixMn1-xM'xA2[화학식 3]LiMn1-xM'xO2-zAz[화학식 4]LixMn1-xM'xO2-zAz[화학식 5]LiMn1-x-yM'xM'yA2[화학식 6]LixMn1-x-yM'xM'yA2[화학식 7]LiMn2-xM'xA4[화학식 8]LixMn2-xM'xO4[화학식 9]LiMn2-xM'xO4-zAz[화학식 10]LixMn2-xM'xO4-zAz[화학식 11]LiMn2-x-yM'xM'yA4[화학식 12]LixMn2-x-yM'xM'yA4(상기 식에서, 0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.1, 0.01 ≤ y ≤ 0.1, 0.01 ≤ z ≤ 0.5이며, M'은 Si, B, Ti, Ga, Ge 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속이며, M'은 Al, Cr, Co, Mg, La, Ce, Sr 및 V로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속 또는 란타나이드 금속 중 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이고, A는 O, F, S 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다.)

- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정은 공기 또는 산소 분위기 하에서 300∼1000℃의 온도로 실시되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정은 2∼20시간 동안 실시하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
