Claims (5)
- 2중량% 이하의 수분을 함유하는 전분 70~90중량%와 가소제 10~30중량%의 혼합물에 상기 혼합물 총량 기준으로 말레인무수물 1~5중량부와 과산화물 또는 아조화합물 개시제 0.1~0.5중량부를 첨가한 다음, 이들을 이축압출기로 용융 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 우수한 열가소성 전분의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 전분이 옥수수 전분, 고구마 전분, 쌀 전분 또는 타피오카 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 우수한 열가소성 전분의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 가소제가 글리세롤, 에틸렌글리콜, 우레아 또는 탄소수가 4~10개인 수산화 알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 우수한 열가소성 전분의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 과산화물 또는 아조화합물 개시제가 2,5-다이메틸 2,5-다이-(t-부틸퍼옥시)핵산, 아세틸 퍼옥사이드, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 큐밀 퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 하이드로 퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 퍼벤조에이트, 이실 알킬설포닐 퍼옥사이드, 다이알킬 퍼옥시다이카보네이트, 다이퍼옥시케탈, 케톤 퍼옥사이드, 2,2'-아조비스(2,4-다이메틸펜테인나이트릴, 1,1'-아조비스(사이클로헥세인카르보나이트릴 또는 2,2'-아조비스아이소부티로나이트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 우수한 열가소성 전분의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 이축압출기의 투입구 온도가 90℃이고, 출구 온도가 170℃이며 스크류의 회전수가 150rpm인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 우수한 열가소성 전분의 제조방법.
