- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に生物分解可能なポリマー中に混入されている天然繊維で強化された 、熱可塑性澱粉又は熱可塑性澱粉及び少なくとも1種の疎水性の生物分解可能な ポリマーを含有するポリマー混合物であることを特徴とする、生物分解可能な強 化ポリマー。 2.ポリマーは天然繊維により補強されており、その際、天然繊維には下記のも の:ラミー、木綿、ジュート、麻、サイザル、亜麻、リネン、絹、マニラ麻及び /又はその混合物が該当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化ポリマー 。 3.ラミー繊維が生物分解可能なポリマー中に混入されていることを特徴とする 、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項にに記載の強化ポリマー。 4.繊維5〜30重量%の含分を特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1 項に記載の強化ポリマー。 5.生物分解可能なポリマーが、熱可塑性澱粉及び少なくとも1種類の下記ポリ マー: −置換度2を有するセルロース誘導体、例えばセルロースエーテル、セルロー スエステル又は−混合エステル; −脂肪族ポリエステル、例えばポリ−カプロラクトン、ポリヒドロキシ−酪酸 、ポリヒドロキシ−酪酸 /ヒドロキシバレリアン酸−コポリマー及びポリ−乳酸; −疎水性蛋白質、例えばゼイン;及び/又は −ポリビニルアルコール(これは酢酸ポリビニルの100%ではない加水分解 により製造することができ、有利には加水分解度約88%を有する) を含有するポリマー混合物であることを特徴とする、特に請求項1から4まで のいずれか1項に記載の強化ポリマー。 6.ポリマー混合物がその他に1種類の相調整剤を含有し、その際、相調整剤は 澱粉相の疎水性ポリマー相との分子結合に役立つことを特徴とする、特に請求項 5に記載の強化ポリマー。 7.熱可塑性澱粉及びポリカプロラクトンから成り、ラミー−及び/又はサイザ ル繊維で補強されているポリマー混合物を前もって装入することを特徴とする、 特に請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の強化ポリマー。 8.少なくとも1種類の下記可塑剤又は膨化剤:グリセリン、ソルビトール、ペ ンタエリスリット、トリメチロールプロパン、ポリビニルアルコール、その他の 多価アルコール、エポキシル化ポリアルコール及び/又はその混合物を含有する 、熱可塑性澱粉を前もって装入し、その熱可塑性澱粉は天然繊維で強化されてい ることを特徴とする、請求項1から7ま でのいずれか1項に記載の強化ポリマー。 9.本質的に生物分解性の強化ポリマーを製造するに当たり、熱可塑性澱粉又は 熱可塑性澱粉及び疎水性の生物分解可能なポリマーを含有するポリマー混合物を 天然繊維5〜30%と温度範囲約100〜200℃で混合し、その際、天然繊維 はラミー、木綿、ジュート、麻、サイザル、亜麻、リネン、絹、マニラ麻及び/ 又はその混合物であることを特徴とする、生物分解可能な強化ポリマーの製法。 10.軟化剤又は可塑剤として、混合物の重量に対して20〜35重量%のグリセ リン又はソルビトール又はその混合物を含有する熱可塑性澱粉を、強化ポリマー の全重量に対して5〜30重量%の繊維長0.08〜4mmを有するラミー−又 はサイザル繊維と温度範囲約130〜180℃で混合することを特徴とする、請 求項9に記載の方法。 11.強化ポリマーの製造時に、プラスチック加工工業で慣用の添加剤を使用する ことを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。 12.添加剤は、次のもの:滑剤、軟化剤、可塑剤、填料、離型剤、防炎添加物及 び/又は消泡剤であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
