Claims (19)
- (정정) 카올린 및(또는) 할로이사이트(hallovsite)로부터 선택된 클레이를 0 내지 70중량%, SiO2, Al2O3, SiO2및(또는) Al2O3로부터 선택된 무기 산화물을 5 내지 90중량% 및 제올라이트를 10 내지 35 중량%를 포함하는, 펜타실 구조의, 인 및 희토류를 함유하는 고실리카 함량 제올라이트 촉매와 탄화수소를 이동 촉매 반응기중에서, 480 내지 680℃의 온도, 1.2 x 105내지 4 x 105Pa의 압력, 0.1 내지 6초의 접촉시간, 4 : 1 내지 20 : 1의 촉매 대 원료의 중량비 및 0.01 : 1 내지 0.5 : 1의 증기 대 원료의 중량비로, 접촉시킴을 특징으로하는, 페트롤륨 탄화수소의 촉매적 전환 방법.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매적전환을 500 내지 620℃의 온도, 0.1 내지 6초의 접촉시간, 5 : 1 내지 15 : 1의 촉매 대 원료의 중량비 및 0.05 : 1 내지 0.3 : 1의 증기 대 원료의 중량비로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동 촉매 반응기가 상류 반응기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동 촉매 반응기가 하류 수송 라인 반응기인 방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고 실리카 Y형 제올라이트가 각종 화학적 및(또는) 물리적 방법으로 처리된, 희토류 함량 0 내지 3 중량% (RE2O3로서 계산)의 안정화된 고 실리카 Y형 제올라이트인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 함유 Y형 제올라이트가 희토류 교환된 Y형 제올라이트 및(또는) 희토류-수소 함유 Y형 제올라이트로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인 및 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트가, 알루미늄 포스페이트로 처리되어 인 함량이 2 내지 20 중량% (P2O5로서 계산)인, 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인 및 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트가, 알루미늄 포스페이트로 처리되어 인 함량이 2 내지 20 중량% (P2O5로서 계산)인, 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트가 ZSM-5 제올라이트 계열의 X-선 회절 패턴을 가지며, 무수 화학 조성식이 0.01-0.30 RE2O30.4-1.0 Na2O Al2O3·20-60 SiO2이고, 희토류는 제올라이트 합성에 사용된 핵으로부터 유래하며, 사이클로헥산 흡착에 대한 보통헥산의 흡착능 비율이 ZSM-5 제올라이트 보다 2 내지 4배 높은 방법.
- (정정) 제9항에 있어서, 상기 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트가 원료로서 물유리, 알루미늄 포스페이트 및 무기산을 사용하고 결정 핵으로서 REY 또는 REHY 제올라이트를 사용하여 제조되고, 130 내지 200℃에서 12 내지 60시간 동안 결정화시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 희토류를 함유하는 펜타실 구조의 고 실리카 제올라이트의 처리 과정이, 암모늄 이온으로 예비교환시켜 그의 나트륨 함량을 0.1중량% (Na2O 로서 계산)이하로 감소시키고, P2O52 대 제올라이트 (무수물 기준)의 중량비가 1 : 5 내지 99로 됨에 따라 Al2O3대 P2O5의 조성이 1 : 1 내지 3인 알루미늄 포스페이트 졸과 균질하게 혼합한 다음, 10 내지 100% 증기의 존재하에 300 내지 600℃에서 0.5 내지 6시간 동안 하소시키는 방법.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 원료가 나프타, 증류물, 진공가스오일, 잔류 오일 및 이들의 혼합물과 같은 다른 비점 범위를 갖는 페트롤륨 분획 뿐만 아니라 원유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내로의 상기 원료 주입 방식이 단일점 주입 또는 다중점 주입인 방법.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 반응 유출물을 분리하여 경질 올레핀과 액상 생성물을 얻고, 소비된 촉매를 스트립핑한 다음 재생기내로 회수하고 여기서 산소 함유 가스와 600 내지 800℃의 온도에서 접촉시켜 재생시키며, 재생된 촉매를 스트립핑한 다음 재사용을 위해 반응기로 재순환시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
