Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下のことを含む石油炭化水素類の接触転換法:予め加熱した炭化水素類 を、移動触媒反応器中でペンタシル触媒の構造を有するリンおよび稀土類含有高 シリカ含量ゼオライトと接触し、温度480℃〜680℃および圧力1.2×1 05〜4×105Paで接触時間0.1〜6秒で、触媒対供給原料の重量比4:1 〜20:1および水蒸気対供給原料の重量比0.01:1〜0.5:1で接触転換 すること。 2.接触転換を温度500℃〜620℃で、接触時間0.1〜6秒、触媒対供 給原料の重量比5:1〜15:1および水蒸気対供給原料の重量比0.05:1 〜0.3:1で行う請求項1記載の方法。 3.移動触媒反応器が上昇管反応器である請求項1記載の方法。 4.移動触媒反応器が下降流移動ラインリアクター(downflow transfer line reactor)である請求項1記載の方法。 5.移動触媒反応器が流動床反応器である請求項1記載の方法。 6.触媒がカオリンおよび/またはハロイサイトから選択されるクレーを0〜 70重量%、SiO2・Al2O3、SiO2および/またはAl2O3から選択され る無機酸化物を5〜90重量%およびゼオライトを10〜35重量%含む請求項 1記載の方法。 7.ゼオライト成分がペンタシルの構造を有するリンおよび稀土類含有高シリ カ含量ゼオライトを25〜100重量%、高シリカ含量Y型ゼオライトを0〜7 5重量%および稀土類含有Y型ゼオライトを0〜25重量%含む請求項6記載の 方法。 8.高シリカ含量Y型ゼオライトが、種々の化学的および/または物理的方法 で処置された稀土類含量0〜3重量%(RE2O3として算出)を有する安定化高 シリカ含量Y型ゼオライトである請求項7記載の方法。 9.稀土類含有Y型ゼオライトを、稀土類交換Y型ゼオライトおよび/または 稀土類−水素含有Y型ゼオライトから選択される請求項7記載の方法。 10.ペンタシル構造を有するリンおよび稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオライトが 、 リン酸アルミニウムで処理されたペンタシルの構造を有し、リン含有量が2〜2 0重量%(P2O5として算出)であるリンおよび稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオラ イトである請求項7記載の方法。 11.ペンタシルの構造を有するリンおよび稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオライト が、リン酸アルミニウムで処理し、リン含有量が2〜10重量%であるペンタシ ル構造を有する稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオライトである請求項7記載の方法。 12.ペンタシル構造を有する稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオライトがZSM−5 ゼオライト族のX線回折パタンおよび無水化学組成式:0.01〜0.30RE2 O3・0.4〜1.0Na2O・Al2O3・20〜60SiO2を有し、稀土類がゼ オライトの製造に使用される種に由来するものであり、ノルマルヘキサン対シク ロヘキサンの吸収能がZSM−5ゼオライトより2〜4倍高い、請求項10記載 の方法。 13.ペンタシル構造を有する稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオライトが、原料とし て水ガラスおよびリン酸アルミニウム、無機酸および種結晶としてREYまたは REHYゼオライトを使用して製造し、130℃〜200℃で12〜60時間結 晶化した請求項10記載の方法。 14.ペンタシル構造を有する稀土類含有高シリカ含量ゼオライトの上記の処理 方法が、アンモニウムイオンで前交換され、0.1重量%(Na2Oとして算出) 以下の濃度にそのナトリウム含量を減少し、ついで、P2O2:ゼオライト(無水 基準)=1:5〜99の重量比に従ってAl2O3:P2O5=1:1〜3の組成を 有するリン酸アルミニウムゾルとともに均一に混合し、水蒸気10〜100%の 存在下で0.5〜6時間300〜600℃でか焼する、請求項10記載の方法。 15.炭化水素供給原料がナフサ、留出物、真空ガスオイル、残油およびそれら の混合物のような異なる沸騰範囲をもつ石油留分ならびに原油を含む請求項1記 載の方法。 16.反応器中への供給原料注入のパタンが単一点注入または多点注入である請 求項1記載の方法。 17.更に反応物を分離し、軽質オレフィン類および液状生成物を得、使用済み の触媒をストリッピングし、ついで、温度600℃〜800℃の温度で酸素含有 気体と接触する再生器に移し、再生し、再生された触媒をストリップし、ついで 再使用のために反応器に再循環することを含む請求項1記載の方法。 18.軽質オレフィン類を製造するのに使用される請求項1記載の方法。 19.エチレン、プロピレン、イソブチレンおよびイソアミレンの製造に使用さ れる請求項1記載の方法。 20.ハイオクタンガソリンの製造に使用される請求項1記載の方法。
