Claims (12)
- 기재위에 착색필름형성성 조성물을 도포해서 베이스코트를 형성하고, 이어서 이 베이스코트에 클리어필름형성성 조성물을 도포해서 투명톱코트를 형성함으로써 이루어진 피도장체에 복합피막을 도장하는 방법에 있어서, 이 톱코트클리어필름형성성 조성물만이, 혹은 이 톱코트클리어필름형성성 조성물 및 착색필름형성성 조성물의 어느 것이나 (A')아크릴폴리올수지 및/또는 폴리에스테르폴리올수지, (B')이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트화합물, 블록이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리블록이소시아네이트화합물 및 아미노플라스트수지중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 화합물 및 (C)산화알루미늄졸, 산화규소졸, 산화지르코늄졸 및 산화안티몬졸중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 무기산화물졸의 분산체를 함유하고, 또한 (B')성분이 이소시아네이트기를 1분자중에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트화합물 및/또는 블록이소시아네이트기를 1분자중에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리블록이소시아네이트화합물인 경우는, (A')성분의 히드록시기에 대한 (B')성분중의 이소시아네이트 및/또는 블록화 이소시아네이트기의 몰비가 0.6∼1.6의 범위이고, (B')성분이 아미노플라스트수지인 경우는, (A')성분과 (B')성분과의 고형분중량비가 97/3∼60/40의 범위이며, 상기 (C)성분의 불휘발분이, (A')성분 및 (B')성분의 전체불휘발분 속의 중량에 의거해서 0.1∼60중량%인 도료인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장마무리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 톱코트클리어필름형성성 조성물만이, 혹은 톱코트클리어필름형성성 조성물 및 착색필름형성성 조성물의 어느 것이나 (A')아크릴폴리올수지 및/또는 폴리에스테르폴리올수지, (B')이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트화합물, 블록이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리블록이소시아네이트화합물 및 아미노플라스트수지중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 화합물 및 (C)산화규소졸의 분산체를 함유하고, 또한 상기 (C)성분의 불휘발분이, (A')성분 및 (B')성분의 전체불휘발분 속의 중량에 의거해서 0.1∼60중량%인 도료인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장마무리방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 산화규소졸의 분산체가 실란커플링제에 의해 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장마무리방법.
- 기재위에 착색베이스코트도료를 도장하고, 미가교상태에서 클리어코트도료를 도포해서, 이것을 베이킹한 후, 또 오버클리어코트도료를 도장해서 베이킹하는 도장방법에 있어서, 이 클리어코트도료가 아크릴수지/아미노플라스트수지도료이며, 또한 당해 오버클리어코트도료가 (A')아크릴폴리올수지 및/또는 폴리에스테르폴리올수지, (B')이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트화합물, 블록이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리블록이소시아네이트화합물 및 아미노플라스트수지중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 화합물 및 (C)산화알루미늄졸, 산화규소졸, 산화지르코늄졸 및 산화안티몬졸에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 무기산화물졸의 분산체를 함유하고, 또한 (B')성분이 이소시아네이트기를 1분자중에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트화합물 및/또는 블록이소시아네이트기를 1분자중에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리블록이소시아네이트화합물인 경우는, (A')성분의 히드록시기에 대한 (B')성분중의 이소시아네이트 및/또는 블록화 이소시아네이트기의 몰비가 0.6∼1.6의 범위이고, (B')성분이 아미노플라스트수지인 경우는, (A')성분과 (B')성분과의 고형분중량비가 97/3∼60/40의 범위이며, 상기 (C)성분의 불휘발분이, (A')성분 및 (B')성분의 전체불휘발분 속의 중량에 의거해서 0.1∼0.6중량%인 도료인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장마무리방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 오버클리어코트도료가 (A')아크릴폴리올수지 및/또는 폴리에스테르폴리올수지, (B')이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트화합물, 블록이소시아네이트기를 1분자속에 2개이상 함유하는 폴리블록이소시아네이트화합물 및 아미노플라스트수지중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 화합물 및 (C)산화규소졸의 분산체를 함유하고, 또한 상기 (C)성분의 불휘발분이, (A')성분 및 (B')성분의 전체불휘발분 속의 중량에 의거해서 0.1∼60중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장마무리방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 산화규소졸의 분산체가 실란커플링제에 의해 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장마무리방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 도장마무리방법에 의해 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
- 제 2항에 기재된 도장마무리방법에 의해 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
- 제 3항에 기재된 도장마무리방법에 의해 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
- 제 4항에 기재된 도장마무리방법에 의해 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
- 제 5항에 기재된 도장마무리방법에 의해 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
- 제 6항에 기재된 도장마무리방법에 의해 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 도장물품.
