Claims (2)
- 복수의 어드레스배선 및 복수의 데이터배선의 각 교점마다 스위칭소자가 형성되어 이루어진 매트릭스 어레이를 구비하여 이루어지고, 이 매트릭스 어레이는 상기 스위칭소자의 형성영역의 외주부에 형성된 보조배선과, 이 보조배선과 상기 복수의 어드레스배선과의 각 배선간 및, 상기 보조배선과 상기 복수의 데이터배선과의 각 배선간의 적어도 한쪽의 각 배선간에 형성된 정전기방전수단으로 이루어진 정전기 방지수단을 갖추며, 이 정전기 방전수단은 소스 . 드레인이 공통접속되어 공통 소스 . 드레인을 갖춘 제1 및 제2박막트랜지스터로 이루어진 한쌍의 박막트랜지스터를 복수개로 구성하면서 상기 한쌍의 박막트랜지스터의 한쪽의 공통 소스 . 드레인이 상기 제1박막트랜지스터의 게이트와 단락되고, 다른쪽의 공통 소스 . 드레인이 상기 제2박막트랜지스터의 게이트와 단락되고 있으면서 상기 매트릭스 어레이의 상기 배선간에 상기 한쌍의 박막트랜지스터를 복수 직렬로 접속하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 복수의 어드레스배선 및 복수의 데이터배선의 각 교점마다 스위칭소자가 형성되어 이루어진 매트릭스 어레이를 구비하여 이루어지고, 이 매트릭스 어레이는 상기 스위칭소자의 형성영역의 외주부에 형성된 보조배선과, 이 보조배선과 상기 복수의 어드레스배선과의 각 배선간 및, 상기 보조배선과 상기 복수의 데이터배선과의 각 배선간의 적어도 한쪽의 각 배선간에 형성된 정전기 방전수단으로 이루어진 정전기 방지수단을 갖추며, 이 정전기 방지수단은 역방향으로 병렬접속된 제1 및 제2다이오드로 이루어진 한쌍의 다이오드를 복수로 구성하면서 상기 매트릭스 어레이의 상기 배선간에 상기 한쌍의 다이오드를 복수 직렬로 접속하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
