- 하기 ① ~ ⑤의 특성을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 필라멘트사:① 결정배합 함수(fc): 0.94이하② 비정배향 함수(fa): 0.60 이상③ 비정영역의 배향도와 양: fA × (1-Xc)〉 0.35이상 (Xc는 결정화도)④ 중간상의 크기가 5 ∼ 30Å⑤ 용융피크 정점간의 온도차, ΔT가 5 ∼ 15℃이고, ΔQ가 양의 값을 가짐.
- 하기 ⓐ ~ ⓔ이 특성을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 필트멘트사:ⓐ 결정화도(Xc): 30 ∼ 45wt%ⓑ 결정크기(05면): 65Å이하ⓒ 결정체적: 0.5 × 105Å3∼ 1.54 × 105Å3ⓓ 복굴절 변화률(δΔn): 5 ~ 20%ⓔ 최대 열수축 발현 온도 및 최대 열 수축 응력: 205 ∼ 215℃ 및 0.5g/d 이하.
- 90몰% 이상의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 폴리에스터 필라멘트사로부터 제조된 폴리에스터 타이어 코드로서 하기 ,@∼,C의 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 타이어 코드:㉠ 10%신도에서의 강력: 100N 이상㉡ 177℃에서 2분간 오븐에서 20g 정하중하에서 건열 열처리 하였을 때의 건열수축율: 3.5% 이하㉢ 상기 건열처리후의 10% 신도에서의 강력: 65N 이상㉣ 칫수 안정계수(L/S): 20 이상.
