Claims (5)
- (A)에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위를 85몰% 이상 함유하며 고유점도가 0.70 ~ 1.3 범위인 방출사를 290 ~ 330℃의 온도로 압출하는 단계와,(B)이 용융방출사를 지연냉각 구역을 통과시킨 후 래디얼 인-아우트 플로우 냉각 방법으로 급냉 고화시키는 단계와,(C)최초 권취롤러로부터 2m 이내의 거리에서 유제를 부여하는 단계와, (D)미연신사의 복굴절율이 0.015 ~ 0.1가 되고 결정화도가 2 내지 20%가 되도록 방사속도 1000 ∼ 3500m/분으로 사를 권취하는 단계와,(E) 권취된 사를 1.3 내지 4.0배의 총연신비로 다단연신시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는, 하기의 물성을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 섬유.(1) 0.6 내지 1.0의 고유점도, (2) 7.5g/d 이상의 강도, (3) 6% 이상의 신도, (4) 0.35 이상의 복굴절율, (5) 1.355 내지 1.375의 밀도, (6) 필라멘트 단면 CV%가 6.0% 이하 및 (7) 1 내지 3%의 수축율
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수계 에멀젼 유제를 사용하여 오일링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,연신사의 단사섬도가 2.5 ∼ 8데니어 이고 총섬도가 1,000데니어 이상임을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,RFL(Resorcynol- Formalin- Latex) 처리하여 제조한 처리코드의 치수안정성(E2.25+FS)이 2 ∼ 5.0%이고 강도가 6.0 ∼ 8.0g/d임을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법(단, E2.25 ; 2.25g/d에서의 신장율, FS ; 자유수축율).
