Claims (2)
- 인취속도 2500m/분 이상으로 용융방사하고, 직접 연신한 섬유로서 인장강도 7.0g/d 이상, 절단신도 10% 이상, 비정부 복굴절율 0.06 이상, 밀도값 1.36 g/㎤∼1.38 g/㎤을 동시에 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 폴리에스테르섬유.
- 인취속도 2500m/분 이상으로 용융방사하여 밀도값이 1.355 g/㎤∼1.360 g/㎤인 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 얻고, 이를 80℃ 이하의 온도에서 연신하고, 130℃ 이하의 온도에서 열고정 및 리렉스 처리하여 인장강도 7.0 g/d 이상, 절단 신도 10% 이상, 밀도값 1.36 g/㎤∼1.38 g/㎤가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
