Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 용융점도가 500 ~ 3,000 포와즈(poise)인 폴리아미드계 수지를 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 중량대비 0.1~3중량% 포함하고, 하기의 물성을 만족하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 멀티 필라멘트사.(1) 0.9dl/g 내지 1.2dl/g의 고유점도, (2) 9.5g/d 이상의 강도, (3) 12% 이상의 신도, (4) 0.20 이상의 복굴절률, (5) 1.365g/cm3 내지 1.393g/cm3의 밀도, (6) 5 내지 10%의 수축률
- 제 2항에 있어서, 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단위를 85몰%이상 함유하며 고유점도가 1.0dl/g 내지 1.4dl/g 범위인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지에 용융점도가 500~3000 포와즈인 폴리아미드계 수지를 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 중량 대비 0.1 ~ 3중량% 첨가하여 285 ~ 310℃의 온도로 압출하여 용융압출사를 제조하는 단계;상기 용융압출사를 지연 냉각구역을 통과시킨 후 급냉 고화시키는 단계;상기 고화된 사를 1,000 ~ 3,000m/min의 방사속도로 권취하는 단계; 및상기 권취된 사를 3.5배 이하의 총연신비로 다단연신시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 멀티 필라멘트사.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 지연 냉각구역은 분위기온도가 200 내지 400℃이며 길이가 50 내지 500mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 멀티 필라멘트사.
