Claims (11)
- (A) 종 방향에서 800 ㎏/㎟ 이상의 영 모듈러스, 횡 방향에서 500 ㎏/㎟ 이상의 영 모듈러스를 갖고, 종 방향에서의 영 모듈러스가 횡 방향에서의 영 모듈러스보다 크며, (B) 1 ㎏/㎟ 의 하중당 120 ℃ 에서 종 방향으로의 신도 SM(%) 와 종 방향에서의 영 모듈러스 YM(㎏/㎟) 간에 하기 관계 :YM이 1,200 ㎏/㎟ 이하인 경우,-0.001 YM+0.89 < SM< -0.001 YM+1.57YM이 1,200 ㎏/㎟ 초과인 경우,-0.31 < SM< 0.37를 만족시키고,(C) 이축 배향 필름을 70 ℃ 에서 1 시간동안 비 하중하에 가열 처리할때 종 방향에서의 열 수축율이 0.1 % 이하인 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종 방향에서의 영 모듈러스가 900 ㎏/㎟ 이상인 이축 배향 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 종 방향에서의 영 모듈러스가 1,000 ㎏/㎟ 이상인 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이축 배향 필름이 면 배향 계수 NS 와 평균 굴절율 nA 사이에 하기 관계를 만족하는 이축 배향 필름:NS1.607nA - 2.434 (C)1.658nA1.665 (D)
- 제4항에 있어서, 이축 배향 필름이 0.281 이상의 면 배향 계수를 갖고 평균 굴절율 nA 이 상기 관계 (D)를 만족하는 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 횡 방향에서의 영 모듈러스가 550 ㎏/㎟ 이상인 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 횡 방향에서의 영 모듈러스가 600 ㎏/㎟ 이상인 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종 방향에서의 영 모듈러스가 횡 방향에서의 영 모듈러스에 비해 250 ㎏/㎟ 이상으로 큰 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, SM와 YM사이에서, YM이 1,200 ㎏/㎟ 이하일때 하기 관계:-0.001 YM+1.05 < SM< -0.001 YM+1.48를 만족하고, YM이 1,200 ㎏/㎟ 를 초과할때 하기 관계:-0.15 < SM< 0.28를 만족하는 이축 배향 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SM와 YM사이에서, YM이 1,200 ㎏/㎟ 이하일때 하기 관계:-0.001 YM+1.14 < SM< -0.001 YM+1.40를 만족하고, YM이 1,200 ㎏/㎟ 를 초과할때 하기 관계:-0.06 < SM< 0.20를 만족하는 이축 배향 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이축 배향 필름이 그의 표면상에 돌기를 갖고, 돌기는 하기 높이 (㎚) 를 갖는 돌기를 하기 양으로 포함하는 이축 배향 필름:1h50 1,000~10,000 개/mm250h100 10~200 개/mm2100h150 10~100 개/mm2150h 0 개/mm2
