Claims (14)
- 필름의 두께가 7 ㎛ 미만이며, 필름의 세로방향으로 하중 (g) 을 가했을 때 필름의 가로방향의 수축율 P (ppm/g) 가 하기식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름:(상기식에서, αt(×10-6/℃) 는 필름의 가로방향의 열 팽창 계수이고, αh(×10-6/%RH) 는 필름의 가로방향의 습도 팽창 계수이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름의 세로방향으로 하중 (g) 을 가했을 때 필름의 가로방향의 수축율 P (ppm/g) 가 하기식을 만족시키는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름:(상기식에서, αt(×10-6/℃) 는 필름의 가로방향의 열 팽창 계수이고, αh(×10-6/%RH) 는 필름의 가로방향의 습도 팽창 계수이다).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 필름의 가로방향의 열 팽창 계수 αt(×10-6/℃) 가 -5 ∼ +20 (×10-6/℃) 이하이고, 필름의 가로방향의 습도 팽창 계수 αh(×10-6/%RH) 는 5 ∼ 20 (×10-6/%RH) 인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 필름의 가로방향의 수축율 P (ppm/g) 가 3 ∼ 10 (ppm/g) 인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름의 세로방향의 영 모듈러스가 650 ㎏/㎟ 이상이고, 가로방향의 영 모듈러스가 400 ∼ 800 ㎏/㎟ 인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 65 ℃ 에서 무하중하 9 일간 유지하였을 때 필름의 세로방향의 열수축율이 0.01 % 이하인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 중에 평균 입경이 0.05 ∼ 0.8 ㎛ 인 불활성 미립자를 0.05 ∼ 0.5 중량% 함유하는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 중에 평균 입경이 0.05 ∼ 0.3 ㎛ 인 불활성 미립자를 소입자로서 0.05 ∼ 0.4 중량% 함유하고, 또한 평균 입경이 0.3 ∼ 1.0 ㎛ 인 불활성 미립자를 대입자로서 0.005 ∼ 0.4 중량% 함유하는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 필름 중의 대입자와 소입자의 평균 입경 차이가 0.2 ㎛ 이상인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자성층을 도포하는 필름 표면의 표면 조도 WRa 가 2.0 ∼ 6.0 ㎚ 인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름이 도포형 자기기록매체의 베이스 필름인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름이 디지탈 기록 방식의 자기기록매체의 베이스 필름인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항, 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 필름이 데이타 저장용 자기기록매체의 베이스 필름인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
