Claims (7)
- 평균입경이 0.1∼1.2μm이고 하기식 (1)로 정의되는 S값이 1.10∼2.0 범위에 있는 구형입자(입자 A)와, 하기식 (2)로 정의되는 R값이 1.1∼3.5 범위에 있는 입자(입자 B)를 포함하는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.(상기식에서 D90은 입자크기가 작은 쪽에서부터 누적갯수가 전체의 90%일 때의 입자직경이고, D10입자크기가 작은 쪽에서부터 누적갯수가 전체의 10%일 때의 입자직경이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 구형입자(A)는 폴리알킬실세스퀴옥산인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 구형입자(A)를 최종 필름내에 0.05∼0.5중량%을 포함하는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(B)는 폴리알킬실세스퀴옥산, 비정질 구형 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 카글린, 이산화규소, 이산화티탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 혼합물인 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 입자(B)를 최종 필름내에 0.005∼0.1중량% 포함하는 자기기록매체용 이축배향 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름이 영모듈러스 550kgf/mm2이상이고, 폭방향의 영모듈러스 500kgf/mm2이상인 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 필름은 100℃, 1시간 무장력하에서 열처리했을 때 길이방향의 열수축율이 0.1% 이하이고, 폭방향 열수축율이 0.08% 이하인 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름.
