Claims (4)
- 각각 반사층과 제1기록층이 형성된 투명기판상에 제2기록면을 갖는 수지층을 형성하는 광 기록매체의 제조장치에 있어서, 상호 대향되도록 설치되며 대향되는 상기 투명기판과 스템퍼가 고정되는 고정부가 각각 마련되고, 각 중앙부에 투명기판과 스펨퍼의 중앙에 형성된 관통광과 연통되는 연통공이 형성된 상부금형 및 하부금형과. 상기 하부 금형의 관통공에 소정의 승강수단에 의해 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치된 펀치부재와, 상기 상부 금형의 관통공에 설치되는 수지공급수단과, 상기 상하부 그형 가장자리의 적어도 일측에는 상기 수지공급수단으로부터 공급된 수지가 누출되는 것을 차단하는 수지차단수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부금형이 투명한 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부금형의 상부에 광을 조사하여 수지를 경화시키는 광원을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지차단수단이 상기 상부금형의 가장자리로부터 수직하방으로 연장되는 둘레턱을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조장치.
