Claims (5)
- 광기록 매체의 상면에 광폴리머 수지를 토출하는 단계;평평한 표면을 갖는 가압 플레이트로 상기 광폴리머 수지를 가압하는 동시에 상기 광기록 매체를 회전시킴으로써, 상기 광폴리머 수지를 상기 광기록 매체 상에 균일한 두께로 분포시키는 단계;상기 광폴리머 수지를 경화시켜 상기 광기록 매체 상에 커버층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 가압 플레이트를 분리하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 가압 플레이트의 분리가 용이하도록, 상기 광폴리머 수지와 접촉하는 가압 플레이트의 평평한 면을 Kr2 계 용액으로 패시베이션 처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 커버층 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광기록 매체는 스핀들 플레이트 상에 탑재되어 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 커버층 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광폴리머 수지는 상기 가압 플레이트 위로 UV-광을 조사함으로써 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 커버층 형성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 가압 플레이트는 광투과성 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 커버층 형성 방법.
