Claims (3)
- 정보 신호를 광학적으로 기록하고 재생할 수 있는 광 기록 매체를 가지고 있는 광 디스크와; 정보 신호를 상기 광 디스크에 기록하고, 상기 광 디스크에 기록된 정보 신호를 정상 재생 모드에서 재생하는 기록 및 재생 수단과; 상기 광 디스크를 회전하도록 구동하는 회전 구동 수단과; 정상 재생 모드 동안에 상기 기록 및 재생 수단이 상기 광 디스크에 기록된 정보 신호를 재생할 때의 상기 광 디스크의 회전 속도가 상기 기록 및 재생 수단이 정보 신호를 상기 광 디스크에 기록할 때의 상기 광 디스크의 회전 속도보다 빠르게 되도록 상기 회전 구동 수단을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하고 있고, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 기록 및 재생 수단이 상기 광 디스크에 대해 기록을 수행할 때와 상기 광 디스크에 대해 재생을 수행할 때에 각각 상이한 주파수를 가지고 있는 기본 클럭 신호를 발생하는 클럭 신호 발생 수단과; 상기 기록 및 재생 수단으로부터의 검출 출력으로부터 프레임 동기 신호를 검출하고 상기 클럭 신호 발생 수단으로부터의 클럭 신호에 기초하여 재생 프레임의 동기 신호를 형성하는 복호기 수단을 포함하고 있는 광 디스크 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클럭 신호 발생 수단은 상기 기록 및 재생 수단에 의한 재생에 사용되는 기본 클럭 신호가 상기 기록 및 재생 수단에 의한 기록에 사용되는 기본 클럭 신호보다 높은 주파수를 가질 수 있도록 상기 기본 클럭 신호를 발생하는 광 디스크 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 프레임 동기 신호의 위상과 재생된 프레임 동기 신호의 위상을 비교하고, 이 비교 출력을 기초로 하여 상기 회전 구동 수단을 제어하며, 상기 클럭 신호 발생 수단으로부터의 클럭 신호를 기초로 하여 상기 회전 구동 수단을 회전 구동하는 회전 구동 제어 수단을 포함하고 있는 광 디스크 기록 및 재생 장치.
