Claims (5)
- 판재 이송방향에 대하여 수직인 방향으로 연장하는 축선을 가지고, 판재를 상기 이송방향으로 이송하기 위한 일련의 이송 로울(22)들과, 이송 로울들의 배열부의 일 측부에 배치된 모터(5)와, 상기 이송 로울들의 배열부의 상기 측부에 배치되고, 상기 모터(5)에 의해 회전되도록 무단 벨트(4)에 의해 상기 모터(5)에 작동적으로 연결되어 있으며, 인접한 2개의 상기 이송 로울(22)을 회전시키기 위해 인접한 2개의 상기 이송로울(22)을 각각 지지하는 일련의 구동 지지로울러(20)들과, 그 구동 지지로울러(20)로부터 축방향으로 떨어져 상기 구동 지지로울러(20)와 동축으로 배치된 다수의 베어링 로울러(23)를 포함하는 판재 반송장치에 있어서, 다수의 프레서 로울러(24)가 상기 베어링 로울러(23)의 외측 원주면에 인접하여 배치되고, 상기 프레서 로울러(24)와 상기 베어링 로울러(23) 사이에 상기 무단 벨트(4)가 해제가능하게 압력하에 끼워진 것을 특징으로 하는 판재 반송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반송장치가, 상기 구동 지지로울러(20)에 대하여 기울어질 수 있게 되어 있고, 상기 구동 지지로울러(20)의 위쪽에서 상기 프레서 로울러(24)들을 회전가능하게 지지하는 지지부재(25)와, 상기 베어링 로울러(23)상의 상기 무단 벨트(4)에 대하여 상기 프레서 로울러(24)를 누르고 상기 무단 벨트(4)로부터 상기 프레서 로울러(24)를 떼는 것을 선택적으로 행하도록 상기 지지부재(25)를 변위시킬 수 있게 하기 위해 상기 지지부재(25)에 결합된 해제가능한 잠금기구(27, 30)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판재 반송장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이송 로울(22)들의 상기 배열부의 반대 측부에서 상기 구동 지지로울러(20)들과 동축으로 일련의 피동 지지로울러(21)들이 자유럽게 회전할 수 있게 배치되고, 상기 피동 지지로울러(21)들 각각이 인접하는 2개의 상기 이송 로울(22)을 지지하고, 상기 구동 지지로울러(20)들이 상기 이송 로울(22)들의 한쪽 축방향 단부를 지지하고, 상기 피동 지지로울러(21)들이 상기 이송 로울(22)들의 반대쪽 축방향 단부를 지지하며, 상기 이송 로울(22)이 축방향으로 이동가능하고, 그의 축방향으로 양쪽의 단부에 대직경 부분(222, 225)과 소직경 부분(223, 226)을 가지며, 상기 이송 로울(22)의 상기 대직경 부분(222, 225) 및 소직경 부분(223, 226)이 상기 구동 지지로울러(20)와 상기 피동 지지로울러(21)에 의해 선택적으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판재 반송장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반송장치가, 상기 이송 로울(22)의 축방향 위치를 제한하기 위해 상기 이송 로울(22)들의 배열부의 상기 반대 측부에 배치되고, 상기 이송 로울(22)들 각각의 외측 원주면에 형성된 위치제한 홈(36)에 결합하는 위치제한수단(35)과, 상기 이송 로울(22)이 축방향으로 움직일 수 있게 하기 위해 상기 위치제한수단(35)을 선택적으로 해제하는 수단(33)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판재 반송장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 위치제한수단(35)에 의해 상기 이송 로울(22)의 축방향 위치가 제한된 때에는 상기 대직경 부분(225)이 상기 피동 지지로울러(21)상에 지지되고, 상기 위치제한수단(35)이 해제되어 상기 이송 로울(22)이 축방향으로 움직일 수 있게 된 때에는 상기 이송 로울(22)이 하방으로 변위되어 상기 소직경 부분(226)이 상기 피동 지지로울러(21)상에 지지되도록, 상기 이송 로울(22)이 상기 구동 지지로울러(20) 및 상기 피동 지지로울러(21)에 대하여 축방향으로 위치결정된 것을 특징으로 하는 판재 반송장치.
