Claims (4)
- 직물기(10)의 씨실삽입에 관계하는 적어도 하나의 가동정보를 출력하는 수단(52, 56, 58, 60, 66, 70, 72, 74, 76, 80)과, 상기 가동정보를 기초로 목표치에 도달된 상기 직물기의 가동상태를 수용하기 위하여 퍼지추론에 의해 씨실삽입에 대하여 적어도 하나의 퍼래미터의 수정치를 추론하고, 추론된 수정치를 기초로 씨실삽입에 대하여 적어도 하나의 액츄에이터(24, 38, 40, 42, 44)를 제어하는 제어수단 (56, 58, 60, 62, 64)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 분사직기의 씨실삽입용 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단 (56, 58, 60, 62, 64)은 다수의 상기 가동정보를 기초로 상기 퍼지추론을 하는것을 특징으로하는 분사직기의 씨실삽입용 제어장치.
- 삽입된 씨실(12)을 검출하고, 검출시에 타이밍에 부합하는 전기신호를 발생하는 신호발생수단(52, 66, 70, 72, 80)과, 상기 신호발생수단의 출력신호를 기초로 상기 타이밍의 통계량을 산출하는 수단(60, 74, 76)과, 상기 산출수단에 의해 산출된 상기 통계량을 기초로 목표치에 도달된 직물기(10)의 가동상태를 수용하기 위하여 씨실을 삽입하기위한 적어도 하나의 퍼래미터의 수정치를 퍼지추론에의해 추론하고, 추론된 수정치를 기초로, 씨실을 삽입하기위한 적어도 하나의 액츄에이터(24, 38, 40, 42, 44)를 제어하는 제어수단(56, 58, 60, 62, 64)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 분사직기의 씨실삽입용 제어장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 신호발생수단(52, 66, 70, 72, 80)은 상기 씨실(12)이 측정저장장치에 의해 해제된 해제타이밍에 부합하는 전기신호와 상기 씨실(12)이 소정의 위치에 도달된 도달타이밍에 부합하는 전기신호를 발생하고, 상기 산출수단을 상기 해제타이밍의 통계량과 상기 도달타이밍의 통계량을 산출하며, 상기 제어수단(60, 74, 76)은 각 통계량을 기초로 씨실삽입에 사용되는 퍼래미터의 수정치를 퍼지추론에 의해 추론하고, 추론된 상기 수정치를 기초로 상기 퍼래미터에 부합하고 씨실을 삽입하기위한 액츄에이터(24, 38, 40, 42, 44)를 제어하는 것을 특징으로하는 분사직기의 씨실삽입용 제어장치.
