Claims (7)
- Ti-Ni을 적어도 40 원자% 이상 함유한 수소저장합금을 분쇄하고 기판 상에 충전하는 단계를 포함하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 수소저장합금을 700 내지 1350℃ 온도 범위에서 1 내지 80시간 동안 열처리하는 단계; 및 상기 열처리한 수소저장합금을 분쇄한 다음에 슬러리로 제조하여 기판상에 충전하고 압착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 900 내지 1000℃ 온도 범위에서 1 내지 12시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리후 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 분위기가 진공, 불활성 분위기 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리한 수소저장합금을 기판 상에 충전한 다음에 소결하는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소결이 200 내지 700℃의 온도에서 아르곤 압력 500 내지 1000torr로 10 내지 80분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지의 음극 제조방법.
- 청구항 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 음극을 갖는 2차전지.
