Claims (7)
- 배기통로에 배기를 정화하는 촉매를 설치한 수냉식 엔진과 함께 사용하는 촉매활성화의 판정장치에 있어서, 엔진의 시동을 검출하는 수단과, 엔진의 냉각수온을 검출하는 수단과, 엔진의 시동후에 냉각수온이 소정의 온도에 달한 경우에 촉매가 활성화하였다고 판정되는 수단 및, 소정 온도를, 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온이 낮을수록 낮고 또한 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온이 낮을수록 소정온도와 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온의 차가커지도록 설정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 활성화 판정 장치.
- 배기를 정화하는 촉매를 구비한 수냉식 엔진의 배기통로에 촉매활성화를 위한 2 차 공기를 공급하는 장치에 있어서, 엔진의 시동을 검출하는 수단과, 엔진이 냉각수온을 검출하는 수단과, 엔진의 시동후에 냉각수온이 소정의 온도에 달한 경우에 촉매가 활성화하였다고 판정하는 수단과, 소정의 온도를, 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온이 낮을수록 낮고 또한 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온이 낮을수록 소정의 온도와 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온과의 차가 커지도록 설정하는 수단 및, 촉매가 활성화하였다고 판단된 경우에 2 차 공기의 공급을 정지하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 차 공기 공급 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 엔진의 흡기통로와 배기통로의 접속에 의해 2 차 공기를 배기통로에 공급하는 2 차 공기통로와 2 차 공기 통로를 개폐하는 차단밸브를 부가로 구비하고, 정지수단은 차단밸브를 폐쇄하므로서 2 차 공기의 공급을 정지하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 차 공기 공급 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2 차 공기 통로를 거쳐서 2 차 공기를 배기통로로 보내며, 차단밸브의 개폐에 연동해서 운전되는 에어펌프를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 차 공급 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2 차 공기 통로에 흡기 통로에서 배기통로로 향하는 공기의 흐름을 허용하고 역방향의 흐름을 저지하는 리드 밸브를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 차 공급 장치.
- 배기를 정화하는 촉매를 배기 통로에 구비한 수냉식 엔진에 공급되는 혼합기의 공연비를 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 엔진의 시동을 검출하는 수단과, 엔진의 냉각수온을 검출하는 수단과, 엔진의 시동후에 냉각수온이 소정 온도에 달한 경우에 촉매가 활성화 하였다고 판단되는 수단과, 소정의 온도를, 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온이 낮을수록 낮고 또한 엔진 시동시의 냉각수온이 낮을수록 소정 온도와 엔진 시동시의 냉각 수온과의 차가 커지도록 설정하는 수단과, 혼합기의 공연비를 촉매활성 전의 적정치로 제어하는 제1제어 수단과, 혼합기의 공연비를 촉매활성 후에 적정치로 제어하는 제2제어 수단 및, 촉매가 활성화되었다고 판단되기 전에는 제1제어수단에 의해 공연비를 제어하는 한편, 촉매가 활성화하였다고 판단된 후에는 제2수단에 의해 공연비를 제어하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합기의 공연비 제어 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 수단은 혼합기의 공연비를 검출하는 수단과 공연비가 이론 공연비로 되도록 혼합기의 연료량을 증감하는 수단을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합기의 공연비 제어 장치.
