Claims (6)
- 기판위에 자화용이축이 막면의 법선에 대해서 경사지고 또한 산소를 함유한 Co기의 자성층으로 이루어진 자기기록매체에 있어서, 본래부터 조재하는 상기 자성층표면의 고산소농도부를 삭감하거나 또는 제거한 상태에서 상기 자성층의 표면에 보호막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- (신설) 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자성층은 2층구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체.
- (신설) 제 2항에 있어서, 기판에 가까운 하부자성층의 긴쪽방향의 보자력이, 표면에 가까운 상부자성층의 긴쪽방향의 보자력보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- (정정) 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판위에, Co기산화물로 이루어진 하부층을 개재해서, 상기 자성층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- (신설) 제 4항에 있어서, Co자성층 및 Co기산화물 하부층이 함께 막면의 법선방향에 대해서 경사진 기둥형상구조를 하고 있으며, 상기 Co기자성층의 경사방향과 상기 Co기 산화물하부층의 경사방향이 반대방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- (신설) 진공증착법에 의해 원통형상의 캔을 따라서 주행하고 있는 기판위에, 막형성 종료부 근처로부터 증발원자를 향해서, 산소를 불어내면서 자성층을 형성하는 공정과, 그 후에 자성층의 표면에 플라즈마처리를 행하면서 보호막을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
