Claims (4)
- 엔진 출력을 전달, 차단하는 클러치를 차량 발진시에 슬립 결합시키는 차량용 클러치 제어 장치에 있어서, 엔진 토크를 검출하는 엔진 토크 검출 수단과, 상기 클러치의 종동측 회전 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 엔진의 회전 속도로 대략 도달했는가 아닌가를 판단하는 등속 회전 판단 수단과, 이 등속 회전 판단 수단에 의하여 상기 종동측 회전 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 엔진의 회전 속도에 대략 도달하는 취지의 판단이 이루어지기까지는, 클러치 토크가 상기 엔진 토크 보다 소정량 만큼 작은 값으로 되도록 상기 클러치를 슬립 결합시키는 제1슬립 제어 수단과, 상기 등속 회전 판단 수단에 의하여 상기 종동측 회전 부재의 회전 속도가 상기 엔진의 회전 속도에 대략 도달한 취지의 판단이 이루어진 경우에, 상기 클러치를 완전 결합시키는 완전 결합 제어 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1슬립 제어 수단에 의한 슬립 제어 시간이 소정 시간을 경과했는가 아닌가를 판단하는 경과 시간 판단 수단과, 이 경과 시간 판단 수단에 의하여 상기 제1슬립 제어 수단에 의한 슬립 제어 시간이 상기 소정 시간을 경과한 취지의 판단이 이루어진 경우에, 클러치 토크가 상기 엔진 토크 보다 소정량 만큼 큰 값으로 되도록 상기 클러치를 슬립 결합시키는 제2슬립 제어 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2슬립 제어 수단에 의한 슬립 제어시에 상기 엔진의 회전 속도가 소정의 하한치에 도달했는가 아닌가를 판단하는 하한 속도 판단 수단과, 이 하한 속도 판단 수단에 의하여 상기 엔진의 회전 속도가 상기 하한치에 도달한 취지의 판단이 이루어진 경우에, 클러치 토크가 상기 엔진 토크와 대략 동일한 값으로 되도록 상기 클러치를 슬립 결합시키는 제3슬립 제어 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 토크 및 상기 클러치 토크에 의거하여 목표 엔진 회전 가속도를 산출하는 가속도 연산 수단과, 실제의 엔진 회전 가속도를 검출하는 가속도 검출 수단과, 상기 목표 엔진 회전 가속도와 상기 실제의 엔진 회전 가속도의 편차에 따라서, 이 편차가 없게 되도록 상기 클러치를 슬립 결합시키는 때의 구동력을 보정하는 보정 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 클러치 제어 장치.
