도 2는 종래의 엔진 클러치 해제 제어 과정의 토크 상태를 나타내는 선도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 엔진 클러치 해제 제어 과정의 토크 상태를 나타내는 선도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엔진 클러치 해제 제어 과정을 수행하는 시스템의 구성도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엔진 클러치 해제 제어 과정을 나타내는 순서도이다.

Claims (10)
- 제어기에서 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제 제어 동안 차량 가속도 정보가 취득되는 단계;
제어기에서 상기 취득된 차량 가속도 정보로부터 엔진 클러치 해제 제어시 필요한 모델 엔진 토크의 부정확함을 판단하기 위한 정해진 조건을 만족하는지를 판단하는 단계;
상기 정해진 조건을 만족하는 경우, 제어기는 모델 엔진 토크의 부정확한 상황인 것으로 판단하여, 상기 차량 가속도 정보를 이용하여 목표 보상 토크를 산출하는 단계;
제어기에서 상기 산출된 목표 보상 토크를 이용하여 변속기 클러치에서의 목표 슬립량을 산출하는 단계; 및
상기 목표 슬립량과 현재의 변속기 속도에 기초하여 변속기 클러치에서의 슬립을 유도하기 위한 변속기 클러치 토크 제어를 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차량 가속도 정보는
가속도 센서에 의해 검출되는 실측 차량 가속도; 및
제어기에서 예측되는 차량 가속도인 예측 차량 가속도를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
제어기에서 상기 정해진 조건은 상기 실측 차량 가속도와 예측 차량 가속도 사이의 차이값인 가속도 오차가 정해진 제1 설정값보다 큰 조건으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 예측 차량 가속도는 제어기에서 운전자 요구 토크와 차량 제원 및 주행 저항을 기초로 계산되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 목표 보상 토크를 산출하는 단계에서,
제어기는 실측 차량 가속도와 예측 차량 가속도 사이의 차이값인 가속도 오차, 차량 중량, 차량 관성 중량, 및 타이어 동반경을 이용하여 상기 목표 보상 토크를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속기 클러치에서의 목표 슬립량을 산출하는 단계에서,
제어기는 상기 산출된 목표 보상 토크와 변속기 입력축 회전관성을 이용하여 상기 목표 슬립량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속기 클러치 토크 제어를 실시하는 단계에서,
제어기는 상기 산출된 목표 슬립량과 현재의 변속기 속도로부터 변속기 목표 슬립 속도를 산출하고, 변속기 속도가 상기 산출된 변속기 목표 슬립 속도에 도달하도록 하기 위한 변속기 클러치 토크 제어를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
제어기는 현재의 변속기 속도를 피드백 신호로 입력받아 변속기 속도가 상기 변속기 목표 슬립 속도에 도달하도록 변속기 클러치 토크를 피드백 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
제어기는 변속기 클러치 토크 제어가 실시되는 동안, 현재의 변속기 속도와 상기 산출된 변속기 목표 슬립 속도의 차이값이 정해진 제2 설정값 이하가 되면, 변속기 클러치 토크값과 목표 슬립량을 학습값으로 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
제어기는 변속기 클러치 토크 제어가 실시되는 동안, 현재의 변속기 속도와 상기 산출된 변속기 목표 슬립 속도 사이의 속도 차이값이 정해진 제2 설정값 이하인지를 판단하고,
상기 속도 차이값이 제2 설정값 이하이면, 가속도 센서에 의해 검출되는 실측 차량 가속도와, 제어기에서 예측되는 차량 가속도인 예측 차량 가속도 사이의 가속도 차이값이 정해진 제3 설정값 이하인지를 판단하며,
상기 가속도 차이값이 제3 설정값 이하이면, 제어기는 변속기 클러치 토크 제어를 종료하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 클러치 해제시 제어 방법.
