Description
Claims (16)
- 직립나사(2)에 체결되어 회전하는 구동너트(10)에 의해 운반되고, 상기 너트를 위한 구동수단(6)과 베어링수단(8)을 운반하는 승강케이지에 있어서, 상기 나사(2)가 축방향으로 결합된 다수의 지지브레이스에 의해 지지되며, 상기 너트(10)는 나선형으로 감긴 형상을 가지고 브레이스가 상기 너트(10)의 사이를 자유롭게 통과할 수 있도록, 나사방향의 브레이스의 두께(d)와 브레이스들 사이의 거리(b)에 대응하는, 피치와 축의 두께(a)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나사(2)가 서로 끝에서 끝으로 연결되도록 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각 나사부분(2', 2, 2')이 브레이스(14)에 의해 가이드부분(12', 12, 12')에 결합되고 상기 가이드부분은 다른 가이드부분에 연결 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 승강케이지의 부하와 그에 따른 구조를 운반하는 가이드 휠(52)을 위해, 상기 가이드(12)가 움직이는 레이스들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톱니를 가지는 구동요소(56, 86)와 맞물리도록 상기 너트(10)의 외주면에 톱니가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 톱니(54)가 너트의 전체길이에 적어도 상당부분 뻗어져 나와 있음을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트(10)가 양 단부 사이에 축힘을 운반할 수 있도록 최소한 하나의 베어링표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 베어링표면이 함몰부(74)의 한 측면에 형성되어 있고 상기 측면은 축 방향으로 수직한 평면에서 너트의 주변에 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 너트(10)가 너트를 향하고 벽면 위에서 너트의 베어링표면이 서로 맞물리도록 배치된 베어링표면(72)을 가지고 있는 베어링블럭(70)안에서 지지되고 있음을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 너트의 축을 따라 베어링블럭(70)이 다수의 함몰부(74)와 맞물리도록 되어 있고 다수의 리브가 방사평면으로 돌출 하도록 되어있음을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나사(2)의 맨 끝이 베이스 위에서 지지되고 있음을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제동장치(60)가 구동수단을 자동 제어할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동장치(88)가 상승시 보다 하강시에 강력하게 작동함을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제동장치(88)가 상기 너트상에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제동장치가 너트와 구동 맞물림시 구동축상에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안전너트(76)가 구동너트 밑에 위치하며, 구동너트(10)와 마찬가지로 동일한 특성의 나선형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 승강장치.
