Claims (10)
- 증착법에 의하여 형성된 주상결정입자로 이루어지는 강자성 금속박막이 2층 적층되어 구성된 자성층을 기체상에 갖는 수직자기 기록매체에 있어서, 주상결정입자의 평균성장방향과 기체법선이 이루는 각도를 θ라 하였을 때 하층의 강자성 금속박막에 있어서 θ45°이고, 상층의 강자성 금속박막에 있어서 θ30°이고, 하층의 주상결정입자의 평균최대경이 상층의 주상결정입자의 평균최대경 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하층의 강자성 금속박막의 두께가 500~1500Å이고, 상기 상층의 강자성 금속박막의 두께가 500~2000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속박막이 Co를 주성분으로 하여 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하층의 강자성 금속박막이 Co-Ni계 합금이고, 상기 상층의 강자성 금속박막이 Co-Cr계 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 제1항, 2항 및 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기체의 표면에 미세입자가 배설되어 있고, 상기 미세입자 배설후의 기체의 중심선 평균 거칠기 Ra가 40Å이하이고, 그리고 상기 미세입자의 연쇄비율이 70%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체.
- 증착법에 의하여 형성된 주상결정입자로 이루어지는 강자성 금속박막이 2층 적층되어 구성된 자성층을 기체상에 갖는 수직자기기록매체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 주상결정입자의 평균성장방향과 기체법선이 이루는 각도를 θ라 할 때, 하층의 강자성 금속박막에 있어서 θ45°이고, 상층의 강자성 금속박막에 있어서 θ30°이고, 하층의 주상결정입자의 평균최대경이 상층의 주상결정입자의 평균최대경 이상이도록, 상기 하층의 강자성 금속박막 증착용의 증착원과 상기 상층의 강자성 금속박막증착용의 증착원과를 독립하여 설치하고, 상기 기체를 냉각드럼의 외주측면에 따라서 보내면서 상기 각 증착원으로부터 강자성 금속의 증기를 증발시키므로서, 상기 하층의 강자성 금속박막과 상기 상층의 강자성 금속박막과를 연속하여 형성하는 공정을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하층의 강자성 금속박막의 두께가 50~1500Å이고, 상기 상층의 강자성 금속박막의 두께가 500~2000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속박막이 Co를 주성분으로 하여 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 하층의 강자성 금속박막이 Co-Ni계 합금이고 상기 상층의 강자성 금속박막이 Co-Cr계 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제6항, 제7항 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기체의 표면에 미세입자가 배설되어 있고 상기 미세입자 배설후의 기체의 중심선 평균 거칠기 Ra가 40Å이하이고, 그리고 상기 미세입자의 연쇄비율이 70%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록매체의 제조방법.
