Claims (23)
- (a) i) 일반식(여기서, R1은 C1-C16-알킬을 나타내고, R2는 H, C1-C16-알킬을 나타내며, h는 0 내지 5이고, k는 0 또는 1이며, ℓ은 0 내지 4이고, m은 0 내지 16이며, 총 탄소수는 25 이하이다)의 분지된, 1급 또는 2급, 포화 일가 알콜인 알콜 성분, 및ii) 일반식 R3-COOH(여기서, R3은 C4-C19-알카디에닐, C4-C19-알카디에닐, C4-C19-알카트리에닐, 페닐, 나프틸, 2-페닐-에테닐을 나타낸다)의 불포화 지방산 또는 일반식 HOOC-(CH=CH)n-COOH(여기서, n은 1 또는 2이다)의 불포화된 디카복실산인 카복실산 성분으로 구성된, 응고점이 +5℃이하이고, 동적 점도가(20℃에서) 70㎟/초 이하 이며, 요오드가가 30 내지 140인 에스테르를 함유하는 저점도 에스테로일 윤활제 30 내지 70중량%,(b) 일반식 R4-X-(EO)p(PO)q-OH (여기서, R4는 C5-C20-알케닐, 페닐, 나프틸, 또는 C8- 또는 C9-알킬페닐을 나타내고, X는 -COO-, -NH- 또는 -0-를 나타내며, EO는 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 나타내고, PO는 프로필렌 옥사이드 단위를 나타내며, p는 2 내지 15이고 q는 0 내지 10이다)의 불포화 에톡실화 지방산 및/또는 불포화 에톡실화 지방 알콜, 에톡실화 알킬아민 또는 이의 배합물을 함유하는 유화 시스템 20 내지 50중량%,(c) C4-C12-알킬 설포네이트 또는 C4-C12-알킬 포스페이트의 알칼리 염을 함유하는 대전방지제 5 내지 15중량%,(d) 부식-억제제 0.2 내지 2중량%를 함유하는 표면 처리제로 부터 유도된, 윤활제, 유화 시스템, 대전방지제 및 기타 성분의 피복물을 섬유에 대한 0.05 내지 20중량%의 양으로 지니는 높은 탄성률, 향상된 표면 마찰 특성, 향상된 정련성, 낮은 마모 부착성, 낮은 피브릴화도(fibrillation) 및 향상된 장기 대전방지 특성을 갖는 가공성이 우수한 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)의 알콜 성분(i)이 2-메틸-1-프로판올, 2-부탄올, 2-펜탄올, 2-메틸-1-부탄올, 3-메틸-1-부탄올, 3-메틸-2-부탄올, 2,2-디메틸-1-프로판올, 2-메틸-1-펜탄올, 4-메틸-1-펜탄올, 4-메틸-2-펜탄올, 2-펜탄올, 3-헵탄올, 2-옥탄올, 2-에틸-1-헥산올, 3,5-디메틸-1-헥산올, 5-노난올, 2,6-디메틸-4-헵탄올, 이소-헥사데실-알콜 또는 이소-트리데닐 알콜인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)의 카복실산 성분(ii)이 라우롤레산, 미리스톨레산, 팔미톨레산, 올레산, 리놀레산, 리놀렌산, 푸마르산, 말레산, 신남산, 나프탈린 카복실산 또는 벤조산인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화시스템이 옥틸페놀에톡실 레이트(EO 5 내지 15몰), 노닐페놀에톡실레이트(EO 5 내지 15몰), 에톡실화된 라우롤레산, 미리스톨레산, 팔미톨레산, 가돌레산, 에쿠르산, 리시놀레산, 올레산(EO 3 내지 15몰) 또는 탈로우 알콜 에톡실레이트 (EO 3 내지 10몰) 또는 이의 배합물을 함유하는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부식-억제제가 C4내지 C12-알킬 포스페이트 모노- 또는 디에스테르의 디에탄올아민 염, 또는 지방산 또는 벤조산의 아민염인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 처리제가 (a) 50 내지 60중량%, (b) 25 내지 40중량%, (c) 5 내지 10중량% 및 (d) 0.3 내지 1중량%를 함유하는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 처리제가 추가로- 점도가 (20℃에서) 120㎟/초 미만이고,- 중량 감소가 200℃에서 2시간후 25% 미만이며,- 1% 유제중의 표면 장력이 20℃에서 35mN/m 미만인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복물이 0.2 내지 1.0중량%의 양으로 존재하는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비파단강도가 2.65 내지 33.5cN/dtex (3 내지 38g/den)이고, 비탄성률이 8.83 내지 2207cN/dtex (10 내지 2500g/den)이며, 사에서의 후처리제 양이 0.05 내지 2중량%이고, 1100dtex 아라미드 사에서 금속에 대한 섬유의 동적 마찰 계수가 200m/분에서 0.55 미만이며, 1100dtex 아라미드 사에서 금속에 대한 섬유의 경계 마찰 계수가 0.16㎝/초에서 0.10 미만이고, 사의 마모로 인한 부착량이 0.5㎎/㎏ 이하이며, 잔여 후처리제 양이 세척후 초기 후처리제 양의 25중량% 미만인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아미드 반복단위의 일반식이 -(NH-A1-NH-CO-A2-CO)n (여기서, A1및 A2는 같거나 다르며 독립적으로 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족, 폴리방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 환을 나타낸다)인 섬유.
- 제10항에 있어서, A1및 A2가 각기 독립적으로 1,4-페닐렌, 1,3-페닐렌, 1,2-페닐렌, 4,4'-비페닐렌, 2,6-나프틸렌, 1,5-나프틸렌, 1,4-나프틸렌, 페녹시페닐-4,4'-디일렌, 페녹시페닐-3,4'-디일렌, 2,5-피리딜렌 및 2,6-퀴놀릴렌 중에서 선택되며, 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, 페닐, 카보알콕실, C1-C4-알콕실, 아실옥시, 니트로, 디알킬아미노, 티오알킬, 카복실 및 설포닐중 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기에 의해 치환될 수 있거나 치환되지 않을 수 있고, 여기서 아미드-그룹은 또한 카보닐하이드라지드-, 아조- 또는 아족시-그룹으로 대체될 수 있는 섬유.
- 제10항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아미드가 전체 A1및 A2의 80몰% 이상이 치환되거나 치환되지 않을 수 있는 1,4-페닐렌 및 페녹시페닐-3,4'-디일렌이고, 페녹시페닐-3-4'-디일렌의 함량이 10 내지 40몰%인 코폴리아미드인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 섬유가 폴리-m-페닐렌-이소프탈아미드를 함유하는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 섬유가 폴리-p-페닐렌-테레프탈아미드를 함유하는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 섬유가 3- 또는 4-아미노벤조산으로 부터 유도된 단위를 함유하는 섬유.
- 제1항에있어서, 방향족폴리아미드 반복단위의 일반식이 (-NH-Ar1-X-Ar2-NH-CO-Ar1-X-Ar2-NH-CO)n (여기서, X는 0, 2, SO2, NR, N2, CR2또는 CO를 나타내고, R은 H 또는 C1-C4-알킬을 나타내며, Ar1및Ar2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 1,2-페닐렌, 1,3-페닐렌 및 1,4-페닐렌중에서 선택되고, 여기서 하나 이상의 수소원자는 독립적으로 할로겐 또는 C1-C4-알킬에 의해 치환될 수 있다)인 섬유.
- 제1항의 섬유를 함유하는 총탄 및 파편 방호복.

- 제18항에 있어서, 표면 처리제가 (a) 50 내지 60중량%, (b) 25 내지 40중량%, (C) 5 내지 10중량%, (d) 0.3 내지 1중량%를 함유하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 수중에서 표면처리제 농도가 30중량%인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 건조 단계를 약 170℃ 에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 표면처리제를 건조된 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유에 순수한 형태로 적용하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 표면 처리제를 전혀 건조되지 않고 전혀 연신되지 않은 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유에 수중에서 5중량%의 낮은 농도로 희석시켜 적용하는 방법.
