Claims (11)
- a) 1종 이상의 에폭시 수지, b)1종 이상의 디카르복실산, 폴리카르복실산, 디카르복실산의 산 에스테르 또는 폴리카르복실산의 산 에스테르,c)반응성 수지 화합물의 가교결합을 촉매하는 일정 비율의 지방족 또는 헤테로방향족 아민, 및d) 용매를 함유하며, 아민 수소 및 산 당량이 에폭시 당량에 대해 화학양론적 양으로 존재하고, 혼합된 반응성 수지 화합물이 30,000 내지 90,000mPa.s/25℃의 점도를 갖는, 표면파 부품에 감쇠층을 도포시키기 위한 음향적으로 매칭된 반응성 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 글리시딜 에테르 유형의 에폭시 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀 A 염기 또는 페놀노볼락 또는 크레졸노볼락 염기를 갖는 디글리시딜 에테르 유형의 고체 수지임을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 1내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 성분 a) 가 부분적으로 에폭시화된 불포화 중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 이중 결합의 4내지 50%가 에폭시화된 폴리부타디엔을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 트리메틸아디프산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 염기성 성분 c)가 치환된 이미다졸임을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 아민 성분이 하나 이상의 N-H 결합을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용매가 에테르, 에스테르, 알코올 또는 관련된 다작용성 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하며, 용매의 비점은 100℃보다 높음을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 용매 혼합물이 벤질 알코올 및 에톡시프로필 아세테이트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스크린 날염용 페이스트를 제조하기 위한 다른 공지된 보조제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성 수지 화합물.
