【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はチユーナ取付装置に関するものであ

従来、音響機器におけるチユーナは第1図に示
す如き方法にて取付けられていた。第1図に於い
て、1はチユーナ、2はチユーナ用プリント基
板、3はセツト後側に配置されたプリント基板、
4はセツトのボトム、5はプリント基板2,3を
電気的に接続するリード線、6,7はチユーナ1
をボトム4に固定する為の螺子である。斯様な構
造では、チユーナ1は螺子6,7にてボトム4に
取付けられる為、チユーナ用プリント基板2とプ
リント基板3を電気的に接続するにはリード線5
を必要とするものであつた。然し乍ら、マニアル
チユーニング方式を採用する音響機器(例えばカ
ーステレオ)に於いて、近年低価格化・セツト本
体の小型化が図られるに伴いメカニズム機構の下
に回路パターンが設けられた基板を配置して部品
の接続を行い、リード線を少なくする等構成上配
慮がなされている。何故なら、リード線半田付で
高周波的な不安定要素を生じる(例えば、リード
線のリアクタンスの変化により同調周波数が変化
したり、ビート妨害を受けやすい等)という問題

ント基板9を固定する。次に、螺子11にてチユ
ーナ1及びプリント基板9をボトム4に取付固定
することにより行なわれる。斯様にデイツピング
と螺子止めすることにより、チユーナの前後左右
への傾きを抑制することが出来るので従来の問題
(即ち、チユーナ後部の揺れ衝撃で生じるハウリ
ングや落下振動で生じるパターンの剥離やリード
線の乱れで生じる特性不安定等)を防止すること
が出来る。又、実施例に示す如く端子8を一方向
に設ければ、プリント基板9に取付けた後チユー
ナ等の検査を容易に行うことができる。尚、リー
ド線を用いずに接続する方法として、他にプリン
ト基板同士の接続にて行う方法が考えられるが、
基板同士の接続においてはデイツピングが不可能
であり、又パターンの剥離を生じ易く、基板の取
付部に長い角孔が必要である為パターン的にも制
約を受けるものであつた。それに対して本考案で
はチユーナ用プリント基板2に取付けられる端子
8の間隔を広げれば端子8間に複数のパターンを

れることにより所望の周波数を選局するようにな
されたチユーナと、該チユーナに取付けられたチ
ユーナ用プリント基板と、該チユーナ用プリント
基板に取付けられた端子と、該端子が挿通される
透孔が穿設され且つ前記チユーナの下方に配設さ
れるプリント基板、該プリント基板と前記チユー
ナとを取付ける螺子とを備え、該螺子にて前記プ
リント基板と前記チユーナとを螺子止めすると共
に前記端子を前記プリント基板に半田付すること
により、前記チユーナと前記プリント基板の固定
を行うと共に電気的接続を行うようにしたので、
リード線が不要となり、従来の問題点(リード線
半田により生じる高周波的な不安定要素)を改善
できる。又、前記チユーナ及び前記プリント基板
の電気的接続を半田付(デイツピング)にて行う
ようにしたので、従来のリード線を取付ける手間

ト基板の固定を行うと共に電気的接続を行うよう
