Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance ceramic filter by burying the energy enclosing electrode into the piezoelectric magnetic element and then giving adjustment to the frequency with a simple method. CONSTITUTION:Energy enclosing electrodes 23, 24 and 25 are formed inside piezoelectric magnetic element 22, and the electrode part excepting electrqde draw-out parts 26, 27 and 28 is not exposed over the surface of element 22. For manufacture of element 22, energy enclosing electrodes 37-38 are printed via the conducting paste onto the surfaces of ceramic raw sheets 31, 32 and 36 composed of the piezoelectric ceramic powder and the organic binder or on the surface of the press molded substance. Then ceramic raw sheets 33-35 with no electrode printed on or the press molded substances are stacked in the fixed number of sheets and in accordance with the desired frequency between electrode-printed sheet 32 and 36. The lamination of these sheets is then pressure-bonded via sheets 31 and 36 or the press molded substance and then sintered, thus element 22 being produced.
