Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)複数の研磨粒子と、 (b)前記複数の研磨粒子を接着する結合系であって、結合剤および式( A): (式中、R,R',R1,R2,R3,R4,R5およびR6は同じであっても 異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキ シ、フルオロラルキル、クロロ、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、n は500以上である。) のポリシロキサンを含有する結合系 を含む研磨製品。 2.(a)主要表面を有する裏材と、 (b)複数の研磨粒子と、 (c)前記複数の研磨粒子を前記裏材の前記主要表面に接着する結合系で あって、結合剤および式(A): (式中、R,R',R1,R2,R3,R4,R5およびR6は同じであっても 異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキ シ、フルオロラルキル、クロロ、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、n は500以上である。) のポリシロキサンを含有する結合系 を含む被覆研磨剤。 3.(a)複数の研磨粒子と、 (b)前記複数の研磨粒子を造形塊中に接着する結合系であって、結合剤 および式(A): (式中、R,R',R1,R2,R3,R4,R5およびR6は同じであっても 異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキ シ、フルオロラルキル、クロロ、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、n は500以上である。) のポリシロキサンを含有する結合系 を含む結合研磨製品。 4.少なくとも1つの主要表面および内部領域を有する不織研磨製品であって 、 (a)有機繊維の目の粗いロフティーウェブと、 (b)複数の研磨粒子と、 (c)前記複数の研磨粒子を目の粗いロフティーウェブに接着する結合系 であって、結合剤および式(A): (式中、R,R',R1,R2,R3,R4,R5およびR6は同じであっても 異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキ シ、フルオロラルキル、クロロ、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、n は500以上である。) のポリシロキサンを含有する結合系 を含む不織研磨製品。 5.(a)第1伸長フィラメント成分であって、その全長にわたって連続表面 を有し、且つ第1硬化有機ポリマー材料を含む第1伸長フィラメント成分と、 (b)前記連続表面に沿って前記第1伸長フィラメント成分とメルト溶融 粘着接触している第2硬化有機ポリマー材料を含む、前記第1伸長フィラメント 成分と隣接する第2伸長フィラメント成分 とを含み、 前記第1硬化有機ポリマー材料と前記第2硬化有機ポリマー材料のうち少 なくとも1つは、分散されて接着された研磨粒子を中に含み、前記第1硬化有機 ポリマー材料と前記第2硬化有機ポリマー材料のうち少なくとも1つは式(A): (式中、R,R',R1,R2,R3,R4,R5およびR6は同じであっても 異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキ シ、フルオロラルキル、クロロ、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、n は500以上である。) のポリシロキサンを含有する 研磨フィラメント。 6.前記ポリシロキサンは式(B): (式中、RおよびR'は同じであっても異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニ ル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキシ、フルオロルアルキル、クロロ 、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、nは500以上である。) のポリジメチルシロキサンである請求項5に記載の研磨フィラメント。 7.前記第1硬化有機ポリマー材料および前記第2硬化有機ポリマー材料のう ち少なくとも1つは熱可塑性エラストマーを含む請求項5に記載の研磨フィラメ ント。 8.前記第1伸長フィラメント成分は、コア断面積を有するコアであり、前記 第2伸長フィラメント成分はシース断面積を有するシースであり、前記シースの 断面積と前記コアの断面積は研磨フィラメントの主軸に垂直な平面によって画定 される、請求項5に記載の研磨フィラメント。 9.(a)研磨粒子であって、硬化有機ポリマー材料中に分散されて接着され た研磨粒子と、(b)式(A): (式中、R,R',R1,R2,R3,R4,R5およびR6は同じであっても 異なってもよく、アルキル、ビニル、クロロアルキル、アミノアルキル、エポキ シ、フルオロラルキル、クロロ、フルオロまたはヒドロキシであってもよく、n は500以上である。) のポリシロキサン を含む硬化有機ポリマー材料で少なくとも部分的に被覆された少なくとも1種の 予備成形コアを含む複合研磨フィラメント。 10.前記硬化有機ポリマー材料は熱可塑性エラストマーを含む請求項9に記 載の複合研磨フィラメント。
