Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の組織における傷口を縫合するための外科用デバイスであって、 近位端部および遠位端部を含む、長手方向軸を有するシース、 該遠位端部に向かって該シースの壁に形成されたリセス、 スプリング性材料から構成された針であって、該針が該リセス内に引っ込んで いる第1の引っ込み状態から該針が該リセスから延びている第2の露出状態へ移 ることができる針、 該針を変形することにより該針を引っ込んだ状態で拘束するための手段、 該拘束手段を解放し、それにより該針が変形していない状態を採り、該露出し た状態に移ることができるようにするために、該シースの該近位端部に位置する アクチュエーター を有して成り、該針は、該シースの該遠位端部から延びる時に、該近位端部の方 向に向くような構造であるデバイス。 2.該スプリング性材料は形状記憶合金である請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバ イス。 3.該形状記憶合金は、超弾性である請求の範囲2記載の外科用デバイス。 4.該形状記憶合金は、ニッケルチタンを含む合金から作られるものである請 求の範囲2記載の外科用デバイス。 5.該針の一端は、該シースの遠位端部の内側に固定されている請求の範囲1 記載の外科用デバイス。 6.該アクチュエーターは、該シース内で滑動可能なスリーブ、露出状態にお いて該針が通過して延びる、該スリーブの遠位端部に形成された開口部を有して 成り、該拘束手段は、該アクチュエーターの遠位端部と該開口部との間に形成さ れた該スリーブのセクションを有して成る請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバイス。 7.露出状態において、該針は該シースから外向きに延びる請求の範囲1記載 の外科用デバイス。 8.露出状態において、該針は該シースの長手方向軸から空間を隔てて離れる 請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバイス。 9.該針の構造はS−字形状である請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバイス。 10.該針の操作端部にて真っ直ぐな部分を更に含み、該操作端部は該シース の長手方向軸とほぼ平行になるようになっている請求の範囲9記載の外科用デバ イス。 11.該シースは丸い先端部を含む請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバイス。 12.該デバイスは、対の針を含む請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバイス。 13.縫合糸を受容する手段を更に含んで成る請求の範囲1記載の外科用デバ イス。 14.患者の組織の傷口を縫合するための外科用デバイスであって、 近位端部および遠位端部を含む、長手方向軸を有するシース、 該遠位端部に向かって該シースの壁に形成されたリセス、 一般的にS−字形状であり、ボディを含み、また、該シースの遠位端部の内部 にしっかりと取り付けられた一端を有する形状記憶合金材料から作られた針であ って、針のボディは、該針が該リセス内に引っ込んだ第1状態から該針が該リセ スから横方向に延びた露出した第2の状態に移動可能である針、 該針を引っ込んだ状態で拘束する手段、 該拘束手段を解放するために該シースの該近位端部に位置するアクチュエータ ー を有して成り、該アクチュエーターは、 該シース内で滑動可能なスリーブ、 該針が通過して延びて露出状態になる、該スリーブの遠位端部に形成された開 口部 を有して成り、該拘束手段は、該拘束手段の解放時に、該針が該第2の露出状態 に移るように、該アクチュエーターの該開口部と該遠位端部との間に形成された 該スリーブのセクションを有して成り、 該針は、該シースの該遠位端部からの延在時に、該針が該近位端部の方向に向 くような構造になっている外科用デバイス。 15.該針は、引っ込んだ位置では変形された状態であり、露出した位置では 変形されていない状態を採る請求の範囲14記載の外科用デバイス。 16.該針の該ボディは、該針の操作端部における真っ直ぐな部分を含み、該 針の該操作端部は、該露出した状態において該シースの長手方向軸に対してほぼ 平行となるようになっている請求の範囲14記載の外科用デバイス。 17.該シースは丸い先端部を含む請求の範囲14記載の外科用デバイス。 18.該デバイスは対の針を含む請求の範囲14記載の外科用デバイス。 19.縫合糸を受容する手段を更に含んで成る請求の範囲14記載の外科用デ バイス。
