Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ベタインおよび両性界面活性剤の後処理方法であって、水酸化アルカリ金 属を添加して、界面活性剤をpH値11〜14に調節し、場合により加圧下で熱 的な後処理に付す方法。 2.式(I): (式中、R1は、6ないし22個の炭素原子を有するアルキルおよび/またはア ルケニル基であり、並びにR2およびR3は、互いに独立して、1ないし4個の炭 素原子を有するアルキルおよび/またはヒドロキシアルキル基を表す。) で表されるアルキルベタインを界面活性剤として使用する請求項1に記載の方法 。 3.式(II): (式中、R4COは、6ないし22個の炭素原子を有する飽和および/または不 飽和アシル基、R5は、水素もしくは1ないし4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル および/またはヒドロキシアルキル基、R6は、1ないし4個の炭素原子を有す るアルキルおよび/またはヒドロキシアルキル基を表し、並びにn=2または3 である。) で表される化合物を界面活性剤として使用する請求項1に記載の方法。 4.水酸化ナトリウムを水酸化アルカリ金属として使用する請求項1ないし3 のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.ベタインまたは両性界面活性剤の後処理を、1〜2バールの圧力下、20 〜130℃の温度で行う請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.ベタインまたは両性界面活性剤を、熱的な後処理後、過酸化水素で漂白す る請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.熱的な後処理後、ベタインまたは両性界面活性剤をpH値7〜5に調節す る請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法。
