Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に粘着性であり、ポリマーであり、有機であり、溶媒に不溶であり 、溶媒に分散可能であり、エラストマーである、2より大きいかもしくは2に等 しい重合度を有する親水性ポリマー又はオリゴマーのペンダント部分を有してい る感圧接着剤微小球。 2.本質的に粘着性であり、ポリマーであり、溶媒に不溶であり、溶媒に分散 可能であり、エラストマーである、親水性又はオリゴマーのペンダント部分を有 している微小球であって、 100重量部の下記の(a),(b)、及び(c)の重合生成物: (a)少なくとも約30重量部の、ビニルエステル、アルキルアクリレートエス テル、アルキルメタクリレートエステル及びその混合物からなる群から選ばれる 少なくとも1種類のフリーラジカル重合性モノマーであって、これらのモノマー から調製されるポリマーが約−10℃よりも低いTgを有しているもの、 (b)約0〜約30重量部の、前記(a)群のモノマーと共重合可能な少なくと も1種類の極性モノマー、及び (c)約0.5〜約40重量部の2よりも大きいかもしくは2に等しい重合度を有 するフリーラジカル反応性親水性オリゴマー及びポリマー、その官能化誘導体及 びその混合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の親水性成分、 を含んでいる微小球。 3.前記微小球が中空体である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の微小球。 4.前記微小球が中実体である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の微小球。 5.請求の範囲第3項に記載の中空微小球の水性懸濁液を製造す る方法であって、下記の工程: (a)下記のものを任意の順序で一緒に混合することによって液体粒子を形成 すること: (i)ビニルエステル、アルキルアクリレートエステル、アルキルメタクリ レートエステル及びその混合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類のフリ ーラジカル重合性モノマーであって、これらのモノマーから調製されるポリマー が約−10℃よりも低いTgを有しているもの、 (ii)任意に、前記フリーラジカル重合性モノマーと共重合可能な少なくと も1種類の極性モノマー、 (iii)2よりも大きいかもしくは2に等しい重合度を有するフリーラジカ ル反応性親水性オリゴマー及びポリマー、その官能化誘導体及びその混合物から なる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の親水性成分、 (iv)前記液体粒子の内部に油中水型エマルジョンを形成することのできる 少なくとも1種類の乳化剤であって、前記エマルジョンが乳化及び重合の間に実 質的に安定であるもの、及び (v)水性媒体;及び (b)重合を開始させること、 を含んでいる、中空微小球の水性懸濁液の製造方法。 6.請求の範囲第4項に記載の中実微小球の水性懸濁液を製造する方法であっ て、下記の工程: (a)下記のものを一緒に混合することによって液体粒子を形成すること: (i)ビニルエステル、アルキルアクリレートエステル、アルキルメタクリ レートエステル及びその混合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類のフリ ーラジカル重合性モノマーであって、こ れらのモノマーから調製されるポリマーが約−10℃よりも低いTgを有しているも の、 (ii)任意に、前記フリーラジカル重合性モノマーと共重合可能な少なくと も1種類の極性モノマー、 (iii)2よりも大きいかもしくは2に等しい重合度を有するフリーラジカ ル反応性親水性ポリマー及びオリゴマー、その官能化誘導体及びその混合物から なる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の親水性成分、 (iv)少なくとも1種類の懸濁液安定剤、及び (v)水性媒体:及び (b)重合を開始させること、及び (c)前記液体粒子中に含まれるモノマーのポリマーへの転化率が100%にな る前に、もしも使用した場合に前記極性モノマーの全部もしくは残りの部分及び 前記親水性成分の全部もしくは残りの部分を添加すること、 を含んでいる、中実微小球の水性懸濁液の製造方法。 7.その上方の少なくともその一部分の上に塗布された請求の範囲第1項に記 載の感圧接着剤を有しているシート材料。 8.請求の範囲第1項に記載の微小球及びそのための液体媒体を含んでいるス プレー式感圧接着剤。 9.請求の範囲第1項に記載の微小球が塗布された水分散性基材を含んでいる 塗膜付きシート材料。 10.請求の範囲第1項に記載の微小球を含んでいる感圧接着剤。 11.請求の範囲第1項に記載の微小球を含んでいる水性懸濁液。 12.前記微小球が約1〜約300μmの直径を有しており、そして前記微小球が、 約80〜約95部の、ビニル2−エチルヘキサノエート、ビニルカプ レート、ビニルラウレート、ビニルペラルゴネート、ビニルヘキサノエート、ビ ニルプロピオネート、ビニルデカノエート、ビニルオクタノエート及びその混合 物からなる群から選ばれるフリーラジカル重合性モノマー、 任意に、約2〜約17部の、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、クロトン 酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、スルホエチルメタクリレート、ナトリウムメタクリ レート、アンモニウムアクリレート、ナトリウムアクリレート、トリメチルアミ ンp−ビニルベンズイミド、4,4,9−トリメチル−4−アゾニア−7−オキ ソ−8−オキサ−デカ−9−エン−1−スルホネート、N,N−ジメチル−N− (2−メタクリルオキシエチル)アンモニウムプロピオネートベタイン、トリメ チルアミンメタクリルイミド、1,1−ジメチル−1−(2,3−ジヒドロキシ プロピル)アミンメタクリルイミド、N−ビニルピロリドン、N−ビニルカプロ ラクタム、オキサゾリジノンアクリルアミド、t−ブチルアクリルアミド、ジメ チルアミノエチルアクリルアミド、N−オクチルアクリルアミド及びその混合物 からなる群から選ばれる極性モノマー、及び 約3〜約18部の、アクリレート末端基含有ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、メタク リレート末端基含有ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、メトキシポリ(エチレンオキシ ド)メタクリレート、ブトキシポリ(エチレンオキシド)メタクリレート、p− ビニルベンジル末端基含有ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、アクリレート末端基含有 ポリ(エチレングリコール)、メタクリレート末端基含有ポリ(エチレングリコ ール)、メトキシポリ(エチレングリコール)メタクリレート、ブトキシポリ( エチレングリコール)メタクリレート、p−ビニルベンジル末端基含有ポリ(エ チレングリコール)、ポリ(エチレンオキシド)ジアクリレート、ポリ(エチレ ンオキシド)ジメタクリレ ート及びその混合物からなる群から選ばれるマクロモノマーであるフリーラジカ ル反応性親水性成分、 を含んでいる、請求の範囲第2項に記載の微小球。
