前記第1基板の前記液晶層側に設けられた、反射導電層および透明導電層を備える画素電極と、
前記第2基板の前記液晶層側に設けられた対向電極と、
前記反射領域および前記透過領域に共通に設けられた光拡散構造と、
前記画素電極と前記液晶層との間に設けられた第1垂直配向膜および前記対向電極と前記液晶層との間に設けられた第2垂直配向膜と
を有し、
前記第1垂直配向膜および前記第2垂直配向膜の少なくとも一方はプレチルト方位を規定する配向規制力を有し、

第1基板および第2基板と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に設けられた、誘電異方性が負のネマチック液晶材料およびカイラル剤を含む液晶層と、
前記第1基板の前記液晶層側に設けられた画素電極であって、前記反射領域に形成された反射導電層および前記透過領域に形成された透明導電層を備える画素電極と、
前記第2基板の前記液晶層側に設けられた対向電極と、
前記反射領域および前記透過領域に共通に設けられた光拡散構造と、
前記画素電極と前記液晶層との間に設けられた第1垂直配向膜および前記対向電極と前記液晶層との間に設けられた第2垂直配向膜と
を有し、
前記第1垂直配向膜および前記第2垂直配向膜の少なくとも一方はプレチルト方位を規定する配向規制力を有し、
前記反射領域の前記液晶層の厚さをdr、前記透過領域の前記液晶層の厚さをdtとするとき、0.85≦dt/dr≦1.25の範囲内にあり、
前記反射領域の前記液晶層および前記透過領域の前記液晶層には実質的に同じ電圧が印加され、

れかに記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 前記複数の画素のそれぞれに接続されたTFTをさらに有し、
前記TFTは、活性層として、In-Ga-Zn-O系半導体を含む酸化物半導体層を有する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 前記複数の画素のそれぞれに接続されたメモリ回路を有する、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の液晶表示パネル。
