Claims (3)
- 運転者のブレーキ操作によって車輪に制動力を付与するとともに、制御的に前記車輪に制動力を付与することができる第1ブレーキ装置と、シフト操作ポジションがパーキングポジションに切り替えられると電動アクチュエータを介して前記車輪に制動力を付与する第2ブレーキ装置と、前記シフト操作ポジションが前記パーキングポジションに切り替えられると、前記車輪と連動するパーキングギヤを回転停止させることで、前記車輪の回転を阻止するパーキングロック機構とを、備える車両の制御装置であって、
運転者によって前記第1ブレーキ装置が作動させられた後、前記シフト操作ポジションが前記パーキングポジションに切り替えられると、前記パーキングロック機構の作動開始と並行して前記第2ブレーキ装置の作動を開始させ、前記第2ブレーキ装置の作動が開始された時点から前記第2ブレーキ装置によって前記車輪に制動力が付与されるまでに必要な所定時間が経過するまでの間、前記第1ブレーキ装置の作動状態を保持し、さらに、
道路勾配を検出する道路勾配検知装置を備え、
検出された前記道路勾配が所定値以上の場合において、前記シフト操作ポジションが前記パーキングポジションに切り替えられると、前記第2ブレーキ装置を作動させる
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記道路勾配検知装置は、加速度センサであることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、電気自動車であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の制御装置。
