Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 변속레버의 P단 진입 후 구동축에 비틀림이 발생한 상황에서 파킹 스프라그에 발생했던 반력을 P단 해제 시 구동모터에서 대신 출력하도록 구동모터의 반력토크 제어를 수행함으로써 구동축의 비틀림 반력이 일시에 사라짐으로 인해 발생하는 진동을 저감할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법을 나타낸 개략적인 순서도
도 3은 구동축에 연결된 구동바퀴에 작용하는 외력(예를 들어, 경사하중)에 의해 파킹 기어가 설치된 구동축에 비틀림이 발생하여 구동축의 위치정보가 달라짐을 보여주는 도면
도 4는 모터 반력토크 제어의 필요 및 시작을 판단하는 네번째 방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 흐름도

Claims (11)
- 변속레버의 포지션이 정차를 위한 변속단(P단)인지 판단하는 제1단계;
상기 변속레버의 포지션이 정차를 위한 변속단이면, 구동모터의 구동축 비틀림 상태 제어를 위한 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작 여부를 판단하는 제2단계;
상기 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작이 판단되면, 구동모터의 구동축 비틀림 상태 제어를 위한 모터 반력토크 제어를 수행하는 제3단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제2단계에서는 브레이크 페달 포지션값이 제1기준값(BPSth) 이하가 되면 브레이크 해제에 의해 구동축 비틀림이 발생한 것으로 판단하고 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작을 판단하며,
상기 제3단계에서는 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작을 판단 후 브레이크 페달 포지션값이 브레이크 페달이 밟힌 것으로 판단되는 제2기준값 이상이 되면 구동모터의 구동축 비틀림 상태 제어를 위한 모터 반력토크 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터 반력토크 제어를 수행하는 중에는 모터 반력토크 제어 수행의 종료 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
- 변속레버의 포지션이 정차를 위한 변속단(P단)인지 판단하는 제1단계;
상기 변속레버의 포지션이 정차를 위한 변속단이면, 구동모터의 구동축 비틀림 상태 제어를 위한 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작 여부를 판단하는 제2단계;
상기 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작이 판단되면, 구동모터의 구동축 비틀림 상태 제어를 위한 모터 반력토크 제어를 수행하는 제3단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제2단계에서는, 변속레버의 P단 진입 시점의 구동축 위치정보(θp)와 P단 진입 이후 현재의 구동축 위치정보(θm) 간에 차이의 절대값이 정해진 제1설정값(θth) 이상이 되면 구동축에 비틀림이 발생한 것으로 판단하고, P단 진입 이후 현재 구동축의 위치 변화값(△θm)이 제2설정값(θdel) 이하로 일정시간(Tstt) 동안 유지되면 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작을 판단하며,
상기 제3단계에서는 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작을 판단 후 브레이크 페달 포지션값이 브레이크 페달이 밟힌 것으로 판단되는 제2기준값 이상이 되면 구동모터의 구동축 비틀림 상태 제어를 위한 모터 반력토크 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2단계에서는, 브레이크 페달 포지션값이 상기 제1기준값(BPSth) 이하로 일정시간 동안 유지되면 모터 반력토크 제어의 시작을 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 모터 반력토크 제어 수행의 종료 여부를 판단하기 위하여,
변속레버의 포지션이 정차를 위한 변속단이 아니면 모터 지령토크를 수신하여 모터 반력토크와 비교하고, 비교 결과 상기 모터 반력토크가 모터 지령토크와 방향이 다르면, 모터 출력토크를 모터 반력토크 값으로 일정시간 동안 유지시킨 뒤 모터 지령토크로 점진적으로 변화시키고, 모터 출력토크와 모터 지령토크 간에 차이가 임계값 이하가 되면 모터 반력토크 제어 수행의 종료를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 비교 결과 모터 반력토크가 모터 지령토크보다 큰 경우,
모터 지령토크가 모터 반력토크보다 커지면 모터 반력토크 제어 수행의 종료를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 비교 결과 모터 반력토크가 모터 지령토크보다 큰 경우,
모터 출력토크를 모터 반력토크로 일정시간 동안 유지시킨 뒤 모터 지령토크로 점진적으로 변화시키고, 모터 출력토크와 모터 지령토크의 차이가 임계값 이하가 되면 모터 반력토크 제어 수행의 종료를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 비교 결과 모터 반력토크가 모터 지령토크보다 작은 경우, 바로 모터 반력토크 제어 수행의 종료를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경차량의 정차 변속단 해제시 진동 저감 방법.
